Pros:

Excelente localização, tinha tudo bem completo.

Cons:

Hotel precisa de uma faxina. O quarto que fiquei estava com chão bem sujo, não dava pra andar sem sapato.

Cons:

Luego del checkout el hotel no me facilito una ducha para quitarme la arena, solo un baño para cambiarme.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, offrant un bon rapport qualité-prix compte tenu de son emplacement. Très agréable et conforme aux photos. La chambre était spacieuse.
Nous avons été surpris de ne pas avoir d’accueil physique, mais l’organisation (check-in, check-out et gestion des demandes) était très efficace via WhatsApp.

non chiare le regole della colazione inclusa, ogni giorno ci venivano dette cose diverse e sinceramente per il prezzo del bungalow la colazione inclusa era del tutto insoddisfacente. Camera molto rumorosa, aria condizionata rumorosissima

Once the check in was successful it was an agréable stay

To register and obtain the code of the was difficult. All is on line… I got upset at all this registration procedure on line I had to use both my phones

Beware and avoid at all costs
Pros:

After a lot of arguing with the management, we were actually allowed to leave the hotel and issued a refund. This wasn't an easy process - no one could tell us how much refund we would get before we left. And even then, it took 3 weeks, endless messages and the booking platform's involvement to get it.

Cons:

We "upgraded" to a suite during the booking, and we regretted it ever since. Although the room was bigger than their standard room, the noise levels were simply unbearable: the parties every day from around 3pm till 3 am, people banging their doors all the time, talking loudly just outside the rooms while smoking - it was impossible to sleep. When the parties were over, and you were hoping you could actually sleep after 3 am, you'd get drunk people screaming and shouting on the street, rubbish collection next door and off we go again for another night of torture.
There was no one on the reception to speak to, only messaging via WhatsApp with "thank you for letting us know, we are doing our best to deal with this". Noone dealt wtih anything.

Although the room was big, it was run down and requires an upgrade. TV remote didn't work. The floors were dirty and sticky. We never saw housekeeping during oour short stay.
