I would stay again.
Pros:

Built from several converted town houses. The hotel is spread out over several connected properties. It had its own small cinema (and was part of a where a local film festival). A basement common area that was comfortable and relaxing with a small running water channel. We didn't use the roof terrace though. The room was large as was the en-suite bathroom. Am everything was spotless. Breakfast had a good selection of continental options but also with scrambled eggs and bacon. Due to the age and style of the original building, there were a few steps. The hotel did have a small modern elevator that could hold two (or one with luggage).

Cons:

The room had no cupboards or drawers so clothes had to remain in suitcases. The only clothes rail held maybe six items and was fairly high. Whilst plenty of towels and bathrobes were provided, the bathroom lacked sufficient hooks/rails (in my opinion).

bella struttura, la stanza grande e molto comoda, anche il bagno molto bello e funzionale, ottima la biancheria da bagno e i prodotti forniti. personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

la colazione. il buffet era alquanto scarso e costituito solo da prodotti industriali, da un hotel del genere ci si può aspettare di meglio.

I am very disappointed with the misleading information about parking. We chose this hotel specifically because it stated that parking was available, but upon arrival we found out there was none. This forced us to search for parking late at night and cost us an additional ~€200 in paid parking over the entire stay.
