Terrible! Couldn't park your own car at the icon, ONLY Valet parking , and you wasn't allowed to take the car in and out as you pleased, but yet they still charged you $40 a day, pkus you had to tip.....But for me, I rented a van and they refused to park it, so i ihad to go 4 blocks to a parking garage and had to oay $42 plus dollars... And then it was so compacted I hit a dam pole and now my rental is damaged. The elevators took forever, the tub in the bed room, supposed to be a Jacuzzi, it didn't work... The thermostat didn't work, there were red ants in the condo and just to have someone come visit wasa hassle. The restraunt and the massage prices were meant for rich people. A dam facial was almost $200.... There were hidden fees everywhere., the chair in bed room had a floor rug covering it, the chair looked as if it hasn't been attacked by a lion, all tipped up. The blind was broken..... I will have to admit that the view was fabulous. But it was NOT WORTH the money...
I would not recommend staying in this property due to the numerous issues I encountered while there, including a broken thermostat that resulted in freezing temperatures, old worn furniture, the patio doors were broken and did not lock, the plumbing was not up to par including a toilet that wouldn't flush properly and sinks that flooded over. I ended up leaving my stay early as the property staff were not very responsive and seemed not to be conserned with all the issues I reported.
Absolutely great experience, great communication and the property is amaizing, unit was clean, easy check in and very Hospitable, I will be unsin WEHOST again
Tub jets were going 24/7. Wasn’t able to sleep due to the noise. Dryer was broken. Place needs to be worked on
