The kitchen was not equipped well and there was a filthy frying pan put away with the clean pans.

The location was decent with lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment was very inhospitable without one comfortable place to sit... even the bed was uncomfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen but there's no coffee maker, only steep coffee that's worse than hotel room coffee. The ice maker in the fridge doesn't work, there's no sleep timer on the tv, the trim on the microwave fell off, the chain on the ceiling fan was broken, and the bathroom sink doesn't drain properly and we had to buy toilet paper. There's not a scrap of fabric to dampen noise and talking in the living areas created echoes. Check in was easy but staying two extra hour costs $36. Seems like customer service was done via A.I. The road noise was significant and made it impossible to sleep with a window open. All in all it was just OK and i wouldn't stay here again.

The apartment was great; the space was ample for us. There were no kitchen towels (we did have paper towels, but dish towels would have been very helpful). I wish there would have been a few more kitchen utensils, as there was just one of each item. Check in was a disaster! Paid for early check in, and did not receive that, and the original person that messaged me back sent some generic messages to me about check in until someone else saw my messages about issues about the lock issues and finally switched us to a new unit. When they tell you they will let the "onsite team" know, just know I don't believe they are onsite as it takes them hours to deal with any situation. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. However, the overall experience was very nice! The location and amenities were great! The neighbors and people in the community are very welcoming and super nice! The apartment was clean and comfortable. If they up their game with the mattresses and communication, we would definitely come stay again!

This place is super NICE!!! It was nice and clean and we had everything we needed to help make our stay comfortable! We enjoyed the quick access to all the FUN! You are literally 15 min from about anything you would want to do! If you want to just stay in and chill then that works too because you are only a short walk to the nice saltwater pool and the gym!!

Found this apartment on Hotels.com, I was looking for a more comfortable stay than just a motel room. This apartment was very nice, made my stay much nicer! Would highly recommend.

Kasa Southside Wilmington has the best apartments to stay in while on a long weekend getaway!! Plenty of room for everyone, tons of storage areas for clothes, shoes, food and drinks. Super clean and private. Anything you could ever want is within a 10-20 min drive depending on traffic

Very clean and a lot of room!

Stayed in 101 Pros: Nice bathrooms with large vanities and walk in showers in both bathrooms. Stocked with toiletries. Ceiling fans in living and bedrooms. TVs in both bedrooms Cons: No instant coffee maker. Just hot water maker with bags. Air filter hadn’t been changed in years. Wifi slow on computer. King bed very creaky but comfortable.

Nice to have so much space for family to spread out in. Liked having washer and dryer to catch up on laundry. Very reasonably priced

This is my 4th time using Kasa in Wilmington. The stay is always great! Roomy, clean accommodations and easy check in and check out. It doesn’t always work out because they are a small company but I look for Kasa properties for all of my family trips.

The rental was very clean,spacious and modern. I would definitely book again.

Unable to access property due to technical error. Waiting stairwell at 8pm in 30 degrees heat with a five year old and with no information of when we’d be able to gain access. They refused to refund during my calls with them (so we could find alternative accommodation). We ended up having to leave and find an alternative place to stay at 9pm on a Saturday night.

To be clear, this isn’t an apart hotel.
It’s a vacation rental within a complex where (many retired) people live. There isn’t any physical presence and they appear to be reliant on a call centre if anything goes wrong.

Kasa operates a virtual check-in, but due to a technical issue at their end, was unable to get us into our room.

Check-in was supposed to be from 4pm, but the access code they gave us didn’t work.

We called Kasa immediately – they said they’d send maintenance.

We called multiple times over the next hour, but still no access by 8pm.

By 9pm, on a Saturday night, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation – with our five-year-old son, exhausted, in extreme heat, and having lost an entire evening of our holiday.

Even worse, Kasa refused to refund us, saying we’d missed the cancellation deadline – despite the fact we literally couldn’t get into the property we paid for, and they couldn’t tell us when (or even if) someone might turn up to fix it. We could have been waiting outside all night!

We lost a night of our holiday, had the stress of urgently finding somewhere else late at night, had to pay extra, and still need to find alternative accommodation for the next two nights.

Absolutely shocking customer service, completely inflexible and uncaring.

Expedia should be ashamed to list providers who treat families this way. I would never book with Kasa again.

The space was perfect and wonderfully appointed. It was almost as easy and comfortable as staying at home. I highly recommend—-but at the same time, I want to keep it my own little secret so it’s available when I need it next!

We enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was easy. More comfortable than a hotel for a family. Lots of space.

We enjoyed the amount of space, the supplies in the kitchen for cooking and eating, and the access to the pool. We also appreciated that our unit was on the ground floor, as we were traveling with a family member who has mobility challenges.

A perfect location for a getaway close to the beach. The property is very clean and spacious, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Communication is excellent, go ahead and book it,you'll be glad you did.

The property was in a great location! It was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend and would return in the future!

Loved the area the property was located and the property was landscaped very nice. I liked the openness of the common area inside and the beds and baths were a very good size. Now I did not like the musty smell of the apartment and the filter was very dirty. It needs to be sprayed for pest as there were several rollie pollie's and silverfish. The sofabed was extremely too hard. The springs were felt through the mattress and make it difficult to sleep on, the furniture appeared a very low modular type. Other than that it was a 3.5 star. Also, It was very bothersome to keep receiving text messages concerning the noise level. I went outside and could not hear any noise and even when I was in the bedroom with the door closed I didn't hear noise. I inquired a couple of neighbors to be sure it was not coming into their personal space and no one heard any noise. It was very disturbing to me and the guest i had and made us feel as if we had to be quiet like church mice.
