the bed pillow is too soft and also 2 pillow only. 4 pillow to 5 pillow per room is best. the cafe bfast is not cost ? queen bed is too small for 2 pax. king size bed is best.

Great energy!
Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights with my family and we all loved the hotel. The staff are all friendly and cheerful. And the hotel decor is trendy and bright.
Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and great pillows.
Will definitely stay in Yello again when i visit Batam.

Pbi the television set should not set to every five mins auto switch to the hotel advertisement is very irritable have to switch back to the channel we are watching.

Although I kept the same room the room keys got switched off.
But it was no serious problem.
Great hotel friendly staff.

Hotel manager was very helpful.
It is a modern young feeling, yello themed hotel. 3*
Some of the facilities are really excellent including the views over the bay.
Wasn't a fan of the 8.30 song and dance routine in the breakfast room. But I was probably in a Grump that morning.
It is a hotel tradition and adds fun to your experience.
Very good hotel I enjoyed my stay there, and would stay agan.

Love the bright and cheery vibes of the hotel! The room (family urban) was of decent size. It had a great view of the sea, and the sunset was spectacular! Staff were all soooooo friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I will be back ❤️❤️❤️
