Abrimos, a las 23 horas de nuestra llegada, hasta 3 habitaciones que estaban sin hacer a esas horas de la noche. Termino el recepcionista buscando alguna adecentar después de recorrer pasillo más de 20 minutos.
Para colmo a la mañana siguiente nos cobran la estancia que ya había sido pagada al reservar a traves de booking. Dicen que ellos no aceptan pagos de intermediarios y que reclame a Booking.

The location was perfect.

Cons:

The staff was rude. My room had dirty bedding that still had someone else hair all in the sheets. We had to ask housekeeping for trash bags, had to go down to the lobby area ourselves to get the trash bags. When I asked the receptionist why housekeeping does not knock on the current residents door to see if they need anything. That’s when the receptionist started getting loud and rude with me. That’s was after I had already called & she was rude in the phone as well.
