Refused to refund
Pros:

Actually i paid for 15days ,after spending 6days i choose to live the hotel,and i requested for refund of the remaining days,But they refused to send me the money. And it wasn't told of this when i was booking.

Bed bug and cockroaches infestations
Pros:

Please take this is a warning ! DO Not stay here. During check in I was shocked of the condition of the hotel room. It was disgusting, absolutely filthy, and a health hazard. At first I thought to myself that I could weather the storm but I woke up the next day with bite marks all over my body and seen dead cockroaches and bedbug shells, got up and check out immediately!

I called hotels.com and explained the situation and check my self in to another hotel. When checking out early ( with another day remaining) I used my translating app to tell receptionist about the bugs and she said the little roaches are harmless and laughed.

This place should be removed from any hotel listing sites.
