The property was being renovated but look very nice and was quiet.
While the property itself is great as well as the location being close to the airport, the driver pickup was virtually impossible to organise. My phone couldn’t dial international and there was no WeChat or email info, so if you’re coming from overseas, you can ignore the pickup service or risk just calling them when you arrive as it takes 15 mins to get there. Good luck if yo can’t speak the language. Contacting Expedia to do this was absolutely useless also, they couldn’t seem to get it organised between the hotel and was still emailing me about it 3 days AFTER I had already checked out from the hotel. Communication needs to be better organised for an international airport hotel. Last time I’m using Expedia given agent training/service was non existent.
Love this hotel for in between transit. Service was amazing.
Outside will scare you, but inside is nice for a small hotel. Services after checked in was exceptional. Lack of English speaking. Receptionist was a little unprofessional. Don’t know how to handle the crowd ( people don’t know how to line up, everyone wanted to be served first, it’s kinda messy).
