Een prachtig, schoon en comfortabel hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel waar ik met plezier opnieuw
Pros:

Zes maanden geleden verbleef ik hier ook al en omdat het mij toen zo goed beviel, ben ik dit keer opnieuw teruggekomen. Het hotel heeft een mooie en verzorgde uitstraling en alles is super hygiënisch. De kamers zijn mooi en zeer schoon en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje was dat het ontbijt elke dag hetzelfde was, ondanks de grote keuze. Het was wel erg lekker.

Etre réveillé par la directrice et deux employés dans ma chambre pendant mon sommeil
parce que ma réservation aurait été annulée après mon check in.
J'arrivai d'un voyage de 26H avec 12h de jet lag.
Ils ont été brutaux et m'ont menacé d'appeler la sécurité si je ne quittai pas immédiatement la chambre.
Après vérification j'ai du repayer mon séjour car Booking aurait annulé ma résa.
Leur agisement n'est pas compatible avec le métier d'hotelier.
Ils m'ont traité comme un délinquant qui était entré dans la chambre illégalement.
J'ai été tres choqué et traumatisé. J n'ai eu aucune excuse apres ce triste événement.
