Clean, convenient to visit the city.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Convenient to visit the city and key monuments (elephant trunk hill, sun and moon pagodas, etc) and its in front of the river. The room had a decent size and was modern.

Cons:

Location can by noisy at night. While it stops relatively early (9pm), if you are a light sleeper you might get woken up by motorcycles honking with every turn. The hotel provides earplugs, but in my opinion its something they could have thought of when building the hotel. It doesn’t seem to have double glazed windows.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok. We had a room for 3 adults, even though the solo bed was for a kid. Luckly my daughter is small. The room is ok but a little small. It has various different floor levels, so we had to be careful not to fall down. Very well located. We walked to a lot of places from here.

Cons:

Nobody speaks English but they do their best to help you with the translator. The seats for the kids were not very clean. Everything was on the floor, even though we knew that already.

Sehr zentral, hübsches kleines Hotel, sehr schöne Terrasse auf dem obersten Stock.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig.

Cons:

Hatten nicht das beste Zimmer zur Seite hin, die nach vorne zur Strasse, zum Fluss wären schöner gewesen, hatten allenfalls in der Buchung Einfluss nehmen können.

Le personnel serviable même avec les difficultés pour se comprendre! Possibilité de laver/sêcher son linge. Bien placé pour visiter Guilin à pied. Tea time offert sur le toi de l'hotel! Déco sympa dans les chambres. Cet hotel m'a mieux plu que d'autres dans la région et j'y suis revenue!

Thin walls and windows, could hear noisy neighbours /other room doors shutting / loud music playing from riverside until at least 1030pm and it wasn’t even a weekend. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep even though earplugs were provided in the room. A real shame as everything else was good
