La ubicación.
La habitación era pequeña y tenía un escalón al entrar que si no lo sabes te puedes caer. Se oía desde la calle un sonido constante y te dejan tapones porque lo saben.
The view from our room was beautiful, especially in the morning sun - it felt so peaceful watching the tree-lined avenue and the river. Apart from that, the room was clean and had everything we needed, plus, the mattress was super comfy! Breakfast had great variety and it was really good (the coffee not so much, but there is a cafe downstairs that can save you if you are a coffee lover like me). They also offer afternoon tea, which we enjoyed very much. We'll definitely come back!
This isn't something the hotel can control really, but it can be a bit noisy at night or early in the morning as there are people singing and dancing on the street (which is really lovely by the way), especially if you're on the lower floors. However, the hotel kindly provides ear plugs and that fixed the problem for me. Just a warning for the light sleepers out there!
Hotel muy cómodo, con una localización inmejorable. Junto al río y a las calles principales con servicios de la ciudad. El desayuno es amplio y variado. Habitaciones no muy amplias, pero muy limpias y camas muy cómodas. Personal amable

Siamo stati una notte e mattina dopo sveglia all’alba quindi non abbiamo potuto provare a pieno l hotel. Per il poco che abbiamo potuto provare, staff gentilissimo che ci ha aiutato ad organizzare visite ed escursioni dei giorni successivi.

Lovely interior design in the rooms and great setting up among the tree tops..
Whilst they have renovated the rooms, the halls etc are grotty with dirty old carpets and the reception area is unattractive.
