Pros - room big, good heated water supply for relaxing shower, bed was comfortable, well insulated walla from roadside sounds.
Cons - walls weathered, wifi bad so didn't realize I was using my data when signal dropped, housekeeping didn't make up room even though I mentioned upon check in that I wanted the next day (have to inform whether housekeeping service is needed), took awhile for Aircon to cool the room.

Pros:

No hot water in the room. Exceptionally noisy all night long. Light fixture hanging off of the wall with exposed wiring. Towels smelled like cat. Demanded cash deposit.

Me... masjid nearby walking distance.....Halsl food easy to get aroind the hotel..

Cons:

The area ....near the market is a bit dirty....im sure The Batam Authority can improve the market area. Thats all.
