Good overrall but need some adjustments.
Pros:

Hotel is clean and service overrall is ok, however the internet sucks and there is no international channels. No one speaks any english also. But people are generally nice and the breakfast is good, however it is the same food every day.

Pros:

Great location, good view, good condition overall for property and friendly staff except they don’t speak English but they will either use a translator device or do what they can to understand your request. I’d stay again!

The location a the best, this place change it’s name from grand mercure to maxx but the service is now terrible I got charge twice a drink in the bar I show prove of payment on my WeChat but the recepcionista didn’t understand and don’t what to understand , location on Expedia is wrong in the map but well in text. Some how this used to be a good place with last administration right now is a bad choice cleaning on details is important and there’s dust in every corner.

The hotel is focus on local market and it’s bufet it’s not to global.
