The daytime receptionist is very nice. She is always cheerful, smiling, and helpful. The location is also very good.
The night receptionist (tall, skinny male who doesn't speak English) is very lazy and not helpful. I came to check in at 2am, and he was sleeping in the lobby. He told me that the hotel was fully booked. He wouldn't allow me to stay, so I had to find another place.
EDIT: After I posted my initial review, the receptionist messaged my personal Zalo and asked me to revise my review because he was afraid of getting fired. I declined. Then, the manager decided to message me (through booking.com) and harass and threaten to leak my information to the LGBT community HAHAHA. What kind of business is this! Instead of taking constructive criticism, the manager tries to bully--GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! I will also tell my colleagues to beware of this place

It’s inexpensive, there are toiletries and an elevator.
Everything is OK, but just OK.
Very Basic. No windows, bed was rather hard and there was only a synthetic blanket. The elevator made a lot of noise every time it was used. The “bing” sound comes out of the machinery at the top, and if you’re on the top floor like I was, you will hear it every time someone uses the elevator.
The receptionist was lovely, and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and the room even had a mini fridge.
I couldn't find much on the TV, and there seemed to be no English channels.
