Some staff super nice but understaff in general resulting sub optimal service
Most of guests feel like they gutted their saving to come here. And very panicky, rude to other guests. I personally encounter an old man and a teenager who scold my 4 year old boy for playing billiard at a common area for 10 mins and want to take over despite they already played for 30 mins.

The location is amazingly great with perfect view of the Yulong Snow Mountain, it is spectacular. The hotel is definitely a 5-star one, service is good and food is great! And it is a amazing place for stargazing. Highly recommended
Pros and cons: location, it’s close to the snow mountain but at the same time far from the city, need to take the free shuttle (40mins from town) or hire your own car/driver. I have hired a driver to go around the city and nearby sightseeing places.
FYI Before going to the hotel you have to pick up the mountain entry pass from another hotel in town, but that’s also the place to take free shuttle to the mountain . Recommend the hotel to send electronic pass to guests to save up time .

The staff was not very helpful: we wanted to visit the Snow Mountain and the staff did not help us at all. They explained we should do it on our own on the website but I would expect a better service from a 5* hotel.
