Solara Escape - 2BR Retreat with Pool - Hot Tub - Gym - Spa

The unit was wonderful! The hosts were always available for questions. Kitchen supplies were well stocked, beds were comfy—zero complaints!

The main downside about this unit is that it’s located on the ground floor directly on the opposite side of the road from the parking garage. Headlights constantly shine into the unit. The parking lot was nice to have instead of parking on a street.

Lots of space, close to everything.

This is a very spacious accommodation which can actually have 7 pax if you squeeze a bit. Initially, 1 of us was to take the sofa bed but there was a bunker bed in the 2nd room hence 3 of us squeezed in (bottom bunker was a double bed). The kitchen facilities were excellent and there was even adequate cooking oil, salt & pepper! Kitchen is large and so is the dining and living area. Well heated too - easy to control the temperature in the property. Communication with the property was a breeze (unlike my experience with some Vancouver & Calgary properties). It is a little out of town, on the outskirts but still very walkable into main street. Parking is underground and secure.

Well stocked place, just bring your toothbrush and clothes. Close to the highway to Banff and downtown Canmore. Check-in was seamless with the property manager being a text away.

Great room overall, spacious. Well kept and well equiped. Very confortable stay. Bonus on the showers they are amazing

The room was great. It worked perfectly for our family. I was very disappointed in the pool facilities, the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool and the whole area was very over crowded. Every morning starting between 4am and 5am and ending around 7:30am there was constant deliveries and garbage pickup. The truck drivers never bothered to turn off their diesel engines or headlights. We were awoken by this every morning at this time with the sound of back up alarms,diesel engines running, headlights illuminating our room for hours and constant banging and loud talking. Quiet time is posted from 10pm to 8am but obviously this does not apply to the hotel itself. I was very disappointed with this and would not stay there again because of this.

Nice place to stay. Location was great. Suite had everything you would need.

Our stay was ok. We were not happy that we couldn't choose our unit...would not habe chosen 1st floor facing the parking lot. We were hoping for mountain view. Pool and hot tub did not appear inviting, not the cleanest area, so we did not use them.

This place was an excellent place for a couple of friends to get together and reunite. The b place was well kept and stocked and easy to get to.

We had a few minor issues but overall the facilities and our stay was very good. The owner reached out to us and we made them aware of few minor issues and they were very appreciative.

Frank our Host was great. He was very detailed with instructions and information. Would surely stay here again.

I like the room provided for kids very convenient for a whole family with kids.it feels like home.Mark is very accomodating to answer all my questions and ready whenever needed.What i don not like is the swimming pool is very small but i like the hot pool tho.Excellent

Good! Some small things not working in the condo but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall lots of space and amenities were very nice.

This was a last minute booking, for two couples. It was very spacious and had everything you vould imagine. 2 full bathrooms and fureplaces in both bedrooms.

Spacious for my family with everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Appreciated the location and the parking garage. I also liked that it was on the 1st floor. Contacts for property were very quick to reply and very helpful. Quick and easy drive to banff.
