Pros:

We stayed at Jiuxian Apartment because it was close to the airport. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We took a short walk around the 798 art area next door before heading to the airport. It was very interesting. We'd like to return in the future.

cleanness can be improved for the toilet. bedding was comfortable and clean. spacious condo and friendly for families. location is good and next to 798 area where you can walk/view/shop for a whole day. 10-min walk to a subway station. a nice food court is just next to the neighbourhood.
