Muy buenos los servicios como lavandería, restaurante y snack (todo el día), el staff muy atento y siempre con mucha disposición.

Very nice and clean rooms, comfertable beds. Reception/ breakfast area are small and simple and looks more of a Familymart rather than a hotel reception. Very chinese style and staff dont speak english very well. It was quite a task getting butter for breakfast. Location is very good very near to Huacheng Square and Tianhet Park.

Convenient location. Close to metro.

This property provides free tea breaks, night snacks at the coffee bar corner. It may not be the best like a 5 star but this comes in with such consideration e.g. upon your arrival and you can pick up something to snack and drink. On top of that is the free self-serve laundry/draying service. They provide 2 washing machines/ 2 dryers with detergent provided for our daily washing needs. Their staffs always keep their smiles and very positive.

Lesley is a super good host. The hotel location is great. They ordered us every morning a taxi to the canton fair. Breakfast great. Room great. Everything. Will come back. Lio was really helpful and nice . Thank you!!!!

Although some hiccups when check-in due to the wrong room type on listed on the platform but the staffs were friendly and quick to provide us with the right room.

Location is near the metro and shopping malls which is a plus.

There are night snacks available too at no additional charge.

It’s a really great place to stay, in a very convenient location, with daily brunch till noon, and an evening snack provided as well. Reception staff were wonderfu too. I do have a couple of notes:
1) To management: please instruct cleaning staff to not enter rooms when “do not disturb” sign is on. We left one of our keys in while out on the town specially so that “do not disturb” stays on and no one enters our room (there is no safe in the room). However, every day we came back to someone having been in our room when we specially indicated we don’t want anyone entering. They disregarded the “do not disturb” blatantly.
2) The toilet door is completely transparent (see attached photo). It has a slight tint but that’s all - whatever you’re doing in the toilet is in full view (and sound) of everyone in the room. There is no other door between the bathroom and the rest of the room, and even the transparent glass door doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling. They did have an external bathroom on our floor so we did use that one.

Just one sentence... AWESOME!! The location was great, walking distances to food and shopping. Hotel provides free night snack, a corner of free items like hairspray, facial cleanser etc...

A very new and intelligent hotel. However the 'smart' home appliances may need some learning at the beginning.

Modern and fashion, latest technology, walk distance to the most fashion and luxury commercial area in Guangzhou. Near subway, direct train to airport, convenient to everywhere.

The room is very cozy, after I opened my 28' luggage suitcase, there was no walk-through in the room. No table/chair. The dinning area for breakfast is very mini, almost no space to seat down, as a result, the breakfast is a disaster.

房間十分整齊，床舖舒適，智能控制燈光，要拍房卡才能到相關樓層。可惜的是沒有冰箱，門鎖鎖不到。早餐方面選擇較少，工作人員不會即時補給食物，環境有點髒，每日都會有蚊子陪伴我吃早餐。另外接待人員知道我國語較差，並沒有放慢速度說話，更表現不耐煩的樣子，最後經理出來打圓場
