Cancele la reserva y me fui a otro hotel . Este hotel estaba horrible . La temperatura de las habitaciones a 27 grados , no se podia dormir , el hotel colocolo un ventilador en la habitacion ,el cual no parece justo pagando un hotel 4 estrellas , la humedad en el baño con rastros de moho negro , el desayuno muy pocas opciones, el personal fue muy amable y entendió mi situación por suerte la políticas de cancelación permitían pagar una noche y poder cancelar los restos de dias ya que tenia 2 habitaciones pude cancelar las 2 . No recomiendo este hotel . LA ZONA TAMPOCO ES LA MEJOR , VIAJEROS NO PERDER EL TIEMPO EN ESTE HOTEL HAY MUCHAS OPCIONES DE MEJOR PRECIO .

Классное расположение отеля (недалеко храм неба, запретный город и станция метро). Персонал помогает со всеми вопросами. Номер свежий, с хорошим ремонтом, все необходимое есть (тапочки, щетки, расческа, фен). Единственное кондиционер выше 23° не нагревал и ночью без одеяла было прохладно. Удобно что пицца хат и Старбакс прямо в отеле находятся) классный отель, если поедем в Пекин еще, то приедем именно в этот отель.

Cons:

Мало ассортимента напитков/снеков и перекуса в лобби.

Очень приятный отель. Удобная локация в тихом районе, легко дойти до Храма Неба и метро. На такси удобно доехать до любого места в историческом центре. Сам номер очень красивый и чистый, все полностью соответствует фотографиям. Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный, помогал решать все вопросы. Очень вкусный завтрак: в нем много фруктов, выпечки и традиционных блюд.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Beijing was excellent from start to finish. Without a doubt, the biggest highlight of the hotel is the staff. Every employee was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, always willing to help and making sure everything was perfect.

In addition to the amazing team, the hotel offers excellent services that make the stay even better. The laundry facilities, gym, and copy/printing services are outstanding and extremely convenient. Everything is well organized and easy to use, which is a huge plus, especially for longer stays or business travelers.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional staff and the great facilities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

It was awesome
Pros:

Everything is great. Staff is so friendly, they are always ready to help. Especially girls on daytime. They try to help even if you don’t speak chinese. Also the laundry service was great. Location was very nice, it’s located almost near to every tourist attractions.
