Great location and excellent service.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything but far enough away that it felt like we were away from the city. A true oasis. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the manager Ryan who was very helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was great and the gym was well equipped for a hotel gym.

Cons:

Nothing g to complain about.

A Five-Star Hotel with One-Star Service

I arrived at this hotel with my wife. As a returning guest, I was pleased to receive vouchers for complimentary welcome cocktails at reception. What a lovely gesture! Or so I thought.

That evening, we asked reception where we could enjoy our welcome cocktails. We asked twice and were clearly directed to the bar on the fifth floor.

We went upstairs, enjoyed the beautiful view, and presented our vouchers to the staff. We explained that we had already eaten and had come specifically for our complimentary cocktails. The staff then brought us a cocktail menu, and we each selected a drink.

Everything seemed pleasant, although the bar staff spoke no English and communicated entirely through a phone translator.

The real surprise came when we asked for the bill for the snacks served with our drinks and handed over our vouchers. After examining them for quite some time, the staff informed us that our vouchers were actually valid only for water or Coca-Cola at the bar on the second floor. We were asked to pay for our cocktails!

So, after being sent to the wrong bar by reception, showing our vouchers before ordering, and being served cocktails without any warning, we were left feeling deceived, embarrassed, and made fools of.

Dear management, if your five-star hotel considers a glass of water or Coca-Cola a welcome cocktail for loyal returning guests, at least have the decency to say so clearly on your vouchers.

This was not about the price of two cocktails. It was about honesty, professionalism, and respect for your guests.

Congratulations. Your ridiculous "welcome gesture" has cost you two returning customers.

Absolutely disgraceful service from a supposedly five-star hotel. What a bitter disappointment.

Clean, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Great cocktail bar overlooking the Canton tower.

Cons:

Wasn't really value for money. We also stayed a week in vooc and another week at kempinski and both were better value for money.

Great location that is walking distance to attractions. Beautifully appointed Hotel.
Pros:

Friendlyness of staff and there willing advice on what to visit. Also the little transport cars to gate was fun and appreciated in the heat.

Cons:

There was a good breakfast selection. However I am gluten free and there were limited options for me.

Идеальное расположение. все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.
свой приватный парчик. панорамный вид на деловой центр, кантонскую башню, и жемчужную реку.
не в первый раз был тут. вернулся - значит мне очень понравилось.
персонал отличный. помочь, подсказать - в любое время...

Cons:

пару раз было шумно за дверью - то ли другие гости, то ли персонал уборку проводил на этаже.
но это не совсем вина отеля, наверное.
это все равно как если бы, я говорил о плохой погоде в городе, как о недостатке отеля)))

Beautiful but very humid room.. moldy smell
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! They made interior sooo beautifully.

Cons:

It’s located beside of river, that’s why it’s super humid and they placed two anti humidifier machines. It was bad first impression since it smells like someone used to smoke with moldy wall when I opened the door.
