Pros:

Its close to the Conference. Accepted my taobao deliveries.

Cons:

No bidet. And no convenience store within the property, vending machine not easy to use. Wont work on my alipay. Very limited food options.

Cons:

No one speaks English. Concierge service is only about watching left luggage, nothing else. No assistance with baggage delivery to the room. Guidance in the city and surrounding is very poor. Need to be instructed on concierge service duties.
The smell in the lobby is terrible. Room smells cigaret smoke. WiFi speed is 20-30mbp. Safari,Gmail,google maps,IG,WhatsApp,YouTube doesn’t work.

Отличный отель, превзошел все наши ожидания, очень высокие стандарты сервиса, можно долго перечислять, что нам понравилось: доброжелательный персонал, интернет работал отлично, на завтрак шведский стол с китайской и европейской кухней, большое разнообразие блюд, в номере есть все, даже зонт, чистота, постельное белье и полотенца с халатами свежие, подушки и одеяла высокого качества, окно открывается, в номере тепло (приехали из Гонконга и Шэньчжэня, там системы кондиционирования не работали на обогрев, мы постоянно мерзли). Очень рекомендую, этот отель на уровне 5-тизвездочных отелей Дубая. Остановка метро Baiyun Cultural Square в 5 минутах от отеля.

房間寛大，樓頂高，足夠空間感，配上樓下花園景觀給人很放鬆感覺。花灑出水量大，洗澡很𣈱快，自助早餐豐富，材料有優良。

剛進入房間，洗廁所有些異味。冷氣不能如意控制。
