Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, helpful, professional and able to communicate with us in English which gave us the relief of translation dilemma. Other Marriot hotel branches we stayed at here in China were not as good as this one. We will definitely gonna come back to this hotel.

The location was decent and peaceful.

Cons:

The bathroom smelt of cigarette even though I stayed in a non-smoking room. The bathroom curtains and bath stall corners had mold.

Everything’s great. Excellent stay. Exceeded value for the money
Pros:

Rooms are always well-kept, hotel vibes is new and modern, halls are smelling nice. I like also that there is now a Self-service laundry.

Cons:

Very few food options only and it closes early.

Cons:

- Ужасно некомфортное размещение для 3х взрослых - заселили в номер с двумя небольшими неудобными кроватями. Для одного получилось кровать слишком большая, а для двоих - слишком маленькая…
- Наличие открытого бассейна было одним из главных условий выбора отеля, но оказалось, что плавать в нём можно только в специальной резиновой шапочке, которые можно было купить в отеле… на солнце, в тридцатиградусную жару! Если бы об этом было упомянуто в описании - никогда бы не выбрала этот отель!
