Terrible experience with the air con (3 rooms)

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms and met with my friends which is 3 rooms on May 8-9th 2025.

Everyone complained about the air con that it was set at 24c during summer period. We tried to lower the temp to 21 but cant. No one can sleep and I changed 3 rooms.

The staff cant speak English and told us that the hotel is old and its central air. Suggest to choose other hotels that has better air con and heater.

A wonderful experience that should be shared by others.
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was one of the best that I’ve ever had Location was very close to facilities. The hot springs were a great experience. We did notice that during breakfast on the second day that one of the ladies was cleaning the tables and she sneezed all over the cutlery and the plates and didn’t bother to clean and them up or to replace them.

Modern sigh quirky use of technology
Pros:

Robot delivers food up to your room. Room was big enough and a decently sized table to consume food. TV quality is good. Staff was really friendly.

Cons:

Moving close to the toilet bowl would cause it to automatically open so you can’t leave anything on it. It has a button to flush and several other buttons but no bidet functionality. Restaurants at level 2 are lacking with menu food items sold out.
