Staff not accept remarks!
Pros:

Staying last year very happy with the hotel went back this year with a high ecpectation as our previous visit. Unfortunatly not happen this year.

Cons:

Booked a room for 2 adults and a child.
Extra bed was not ready or either been made.
Plugs sockets was not working for microwave and coffee machine.
Attitude of the staff at the check out when we quoted the issues lady at the reception didn't give apologies but tried to argue to us instead.

Pros:

Propre. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

- sécurité omniprésente dû à la présence d’individus non résidents de l’hôtel (insécurité)
- petite piscine
- les guests consommaient de l’alcool aux abords de la piscine, laissant leurs enfants faire n’importe quoi dans la piscine (une vingtaine d’enfants)

Pros:

Room was excellent. Great air con, very clean, lots of space. Staff were helpful. Big car park.

Cons:

A lot of security staff around the hotel and in the car park. All very friendly, but slightly unnerving nonetheless.
