Gut, aber für uns nichts zum wiederholen
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Gestaltung und Ausstattung des Hotels nicht ganz unser Geschmack. Die Zimmertüren sind nicht schallgeschützt, so dass man jedes Geräusch vom Gang hört. Das betrifft insbesondere den linken Teil der Hotelzimmer, wo sich auch die Zugänge zu den Parkmöglichkeiten befinden. Wir waren auf Etage 5. Hier lbefinndet sich zusätzlich der Zugang zum SPA.

カナダ旅行中に都市を移動しながらいくつかホテルに泊まりましたが間違いなくこのホテルが一番好きです！　スタッフも責任感持って働いていてホテルの環境をより良いものにしています。　部屋からの景色も絶景で幸せな数日を過ごしました。　

Cons:

最終日の朝に停電があって一階カフェでコーヒーを買えなかったことがとても残念でした😢　トラブルがあっても真摯に対応するスタッフにも感心しました。

Would never come back. Had they invested $20 to do small things like leave water in the room it would have helped. Clean

Cons:

Cleaning staff was horrid. Refused to clean the entire room leaving a note saying laptop was on bed so they didn’t fix the bed or clean the entire room because of it. Made no sense to me. Cleaner left door to my room open - nothing stolen but still

איכות השירות של הצוות , המתקנים באיכות גבוה, המיקום של המלון מצוין בתחילת העיירה באנף , שקט מאוד ונותן פרטיות לאורחים. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. אכלנו גם ארוחת ערב מעולה במסעדה של המלון הצמוד השותף למלון Canoe .
מלון לחופשה איכותית ומתאים לאנשים שעושים טיולי הליכה ברוקיס המדהימים ורוצים לחזור לספא ומקום טוב לנוח עם אוכל טוב.

Great stay! Beautiful Hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location on Banff Ave. It's within walking distance of downtown, but slightly out of the hustle and bustle, which was nice. There is a Roam transportation stop directly across the street. Very close proximity to drive along the beautiful Minnewanka Lake Loop Road. The room was well-appointed and clean, with lovely views from the window and balcony. Bed was comfy. The fresh ground coffee and cream provided daily were delicious and very much appreciated. Having a restaurant onsite was a big plus for me.

Cons:

A little direction upon arrival of how to access the hotel from inside the garage would have been helpful. Took me some time to find the correct door.

Great location. Great views. Clean rooms.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect! Everything felt clean. Food from restaurant and cafe were both great!

Cons:

The bed was immediately next to the door which was a little noisy at night. We heard a lot of other doors closing and people giggling or talking which would wake us up. But can’t complain too much because otherwise our stay was wonderful.

Excellent location. Right on the bus route for Banff’s Roam Transit line. Excellent condition. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and they made our stay special (see picture). One unique feature is the covered parking adjacent to our floor. We parked close to the room and walked in under cover. It rained a lot (as it does in June), so this was great. Lastly, the views out our balcony were terrific (see picture).

Wonderful Property with the Best Staff
Pros:

We are a family of 4 and loved our stay! The property was very modern, clean and spacious! The room was thoughtfully designed with multiple mirrors and a small kitchen sink inside the room so it’s easier for multiple people to get ready. The rooftop hot pools were nice, but the best part of the stay was the super friendly and helpful hotel and restaurant staff! Everyone was polite and friendly with welcoming smiles! The onsite restaurant was the best! Such great food and service!

Cons:

The location was a bit further away from the downtown center but the hotel gives us free roam transit passes for rides. Our air conditioning was a bit loud and seems like we couldn’t control the airflow strength and could only control the room temperature.
