Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, with beautiful surroundings and great views. The interior design and decor were stylish and welcoming. What impressed us the most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff (Mim, Nathaly and Katie). They were always helpful and provided detailed information whenever we asked about places to visit, transportation options, and local attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary transit pass they provided, which allowed us to use buses and conveniently during our stay.

Cons:

The cleanliness was the biggest issue during our stay. Housekeeping was below expectations, with poorly made beds and untidy blankets. We were also given extra blankets that had visible hair on them, and it was unclear whether the hair was from people or pets, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. Basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and shaving kits were not provided. Additionally, the room we received did not have the view shown in the booking photos, and we had to pay extra to upgrade to a room with the expected view. Considering the high price of the hotel, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience than what we actually received.

It was our first time in Banff and I would stay here again!
Pros:

The roof top pool and hot tub was absolutely amazing and the view just perfect.
We also really appreciated the bus passes that came with our stay.

We are returning guests. Happy to have a place to escape from city for a weekend.
Pros:

A very homey comfortable place with contemporary design and great location. It takes 15 to walk to o the center, although we always see it as a great option to have a walk along a beautiful boulevard.

Pros:

Buen hotel para hospedarse, vistas increibles, deliciosos los tés, el desayuno que tienen de restaurante.

Cons:

Las almohadas estaban bastante grandes y rígidas, incómodo para dormir. Al igual al llegar nos dieron mal el número del cuarto y estuvimos un tiempo con todas las maletas buscándolo hasta que tuvimos que regresar.
