Lovely stay, in great location, peaceful and on outskirts of town but with easy walk into centre , fully recommend

Okay hotel priced like it's a fancy hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good shower, the complimentary Roam bus tickets

Cons:

For the price, the hotel doesn't supply any toiletries and house slippers. Hair dryer is cheap, the house cleaners only come to make the bed and change towels however they didn't come into the room the day before check out and we didn't get any fresh towels. Sudden Sally restaurant manager. The rooms are so close to the parking lots that you can hear the car alarms go off from inside your room. The room walls are thin and we can hear people talking in the hallways. No smart TVs.

Fantastic Multi Family Stay at the Canoe Hotel & Suites
Pros:

Loved the layout of the three bedroom room. We had the exact space we needed for our family. Other family member stayed in King rooms across the parking lot. Really convenient for family gathering.

Cons:

My adult sons said the beds in the bunk room weren't the most comfortable given the price. The temperature of the waterfall hot tub and sauna were scorching. Even a few degrees lower would have made both enjoyable. We paid the premium to stay at this hotel because my kids love the Moose rooms, hot tubs and sauna. Please consider lower the temperatures of both amenities.

Pros:

Relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff and great location. We couldn’t have wished for more! We had to change dates and it was no hassle at all for staff. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cozy outdoor feel with all the comforts of home
Pros:

Its location was perfect. Slightly away from the crowds on Banff Avenue, but also easy to access the roads to other adventures. Sudden Sally in the hotel was the perfect spot for breakfast or dinner . The staff was friendly and very helpful. Also the views from the hotel itself were sensational.

Cons:

Our specific room (409) was right about the laundry room and whatever system it was we would hear it running and going out on the balcony was kind of loud when it was running. It also had a little bit of a sulfur smell.

Kostenloses Parken, Kostenloses Busticket, Hot Tub, Ausblick,jeden Tag kostenloser Kaffee und Milch aufs Zimmer gebracht bekommen

Cons:

Reinigung der Zimmer nicht besonders gründlich, Betten sehr laut, da Matrazen mit Plastik bezogen waren, die bei jeder kleinen Bewegung zu hören war, Güterzug die ganze Nacht zu hören, da mehrmals gehubt wurde, um die Tiere zu „warnen“. Dies müsste aber in jedem Hotel in Banff Downtown zu hören sein
