We enjoyed it and would come back because of the stunning hottub, sauna, and firepit area!!
Pros:

We LOVED the hottub area. That is a huge selling feature. The fireplace, the steam room, and the waterfall? Breathtaking. We also liked the fresh ground coffee and the other drink options for those who do not drink coffee. The free bus pass was a huge bonus!!!

Cons:

The bed sheets were suuuuper loud and rough. Not soft at all so the sleep was a tad uncomfortable compared to other hotels (even those that are much cheaper) ]
The robes/housecoats were in extremely rough shape. We had a room booked for 4 of us and was only provided with two robes, both of which had massive, and I mean stick your leg through, massive holes. For over $350 a night, I would expect a much nicer robe. When robes were replaced after use, the new ones also had holes. I think higher quality sheets and robes could go a very, very long ways when paying that much for a room.

Pros:

Gorgeous lobby area with fire and integrated coffee shop. Just perfect. Food from the restaurant was excellent. Rooms were gorgeous and the views were breathtaking
