Excellent, beautiful stay in Banff!
Pros:

Excellent! Exceeded expectations, photos exactly like real life, staff were so lovely and the outdoor spa was amazing. We would 100% go back next time we are in Banff

Great place to base for skiing, close to shuttle, great service/
Pros:

Very nice room, enjoyed the hot pools.

Cons:

A larger pot in the kitchen for pasta would have been nice, but not essential. We made do with two smaller pots.

Experiência incrível!
Pros:

Banff é incrível. O hotel é maravilhoso. Quarto amplo, cama boa, banheiro mto bom. O hotel te oferece uma experiência de café que é uma delícia. A vista dos quartos é incrível.

Don’t sleep on this Hotel, Sleep in it!!!! Great
Pros:

Had a great time. The quality and amenities were exceptional. A 15 min walk from the town and all bars, shopping and restaurants. Had a wonderful stay. Nothing negative to say.

Cons:

The restaurant wasn’t my favorite but I can’t speak for anyone else. But other than that I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

Pros:

By far the best hotel I have stayed at, so close to downtown Banff and staff is amazing, the free bus passes come in handy as well! Overall 10/10
