We have been to this hotel lots of times and it's always excellent Modern rooms excellent shower large bed excellent breakfast Very close to Ballymena Ballymena Coleraine Portrush and portstewart

Hotel was out of town and conveniently placed for access for main roads and several large retail outlets and restaurants. The room was comfortable and evening meals good.
My breakfast was OK but the other one was very overcooked

Room lovely, clean and comfortable. Great location and has its own car park which is brilliant. The shower is excellent. Tea and coffee facilities in the room which is great for a bedtime cuppa. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful.
We arrived 8 minutes early on a really cold and wet afternoon to be told check in wasn't till 3 pm . There was a couple waiting in front of us and a few couples came straight in after us all to be told the same thing. We waited the 8 minutes in the restaurant and then went to the desk and had to wait till 3:15 before they got to us because of the queue that was now waiting. I feel this was very petty and to be honest the fella on the desk was actually embarrassed having to tell us to wait till 3pm. Its such a lovely hotel, and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

Ibis took payment on the 31st March and Booking.com on the 3rd April. I reported this to the Hotel on the 3rd
Today, the 8th, I have not heard from either party, how they plan to resolve this 😩
It was clean lovely staff easy to get up and down close to everything because next to there was a gym McDonald’s Subway another restauran
The breakfast was a little bit dear
Comfortable room, bed was comfortable, clean and a good size, we always have a very pleasant stay when we stay here.
The pillows was very uncomfortable..
Staff extremely kind, man at the reception desk and all the bar staff super nice. Perfectly clean, overall good vibe at the place. Dog friendly and my dog loved every minute. Close to supermarket and other retail shops and restaurants. Handy parking in front of the hotel. Comfy mattresses and good size room for family room. Great choice!
