They didn’t let me get inside
The drive away from the property !
We arrived here at 8pm at night, we drove past it several times because we thought surely this is not the building ! 😅 windows smashed and taped up with brown tape, a large black van parked blocked the main door to get in, blinds hanging off windows and windows full of god knows what!
Avoid at all costs ! I can only describe it as the local crack den and after speaking to locals it seems it’s more than that!

Absolutely nothing we never gained entry whilst looking through the door ther was clothes bins of rubbish & homeless people living ther I Am awaiting a full refund

We didn't stay they let us down on the day we was meant to arrive it mess everything up for us told us have to cancel the booking no idea why
They told ue try to call and email us but they didn't we olny got told on the day we was meant to stay
Just 1 day before checkin they canceled my booking and told booking.com that i didn’t show up and i still haven’t got my refund

Looked like a halfway house for crack addicts. Every hotel guest I saw looked like they had scurvy. looked rough. Also the bed looks like it was just re- made without fresh sheets added

My room was overbooked. Personel didn't consider reservations from booking. Com and rented my room. When i arrived i didn'te have room becouse somone was accomodated already. They refused to refaund my money and offered me 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, which were not suitable for my needs. I booked family room as was travelling with kids.

It is what you pay for. Very basic rooms. Bin bags dumped outside in back garden which should be cleared, and no facilities in the kitchen work correctly.
