No problems, they tried communicating with me even if I didnt speak spanish, washed my clothes too.

The overall stay was very good. Although most things were rather good for the entire stay, there's couple of minor issues. When going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, there were a few tiny cockroaches that ran to hide after turning on the light. The only other issue was that every morning there was a lot of noises from a nearby construction site. The room did not have good sound insulation.

Nice staff, malls close by, a few minutes by car.

My stay was good,I like the location 3min walk to the train station,25min walk to a big mall,40min walk to the night life.As one can see I like to walk… Shorter time if riding a taxi. The space was comfortable, the view was great.

The beds are not comfortable their is hard as a rock

Bed too hard, covers very starched, toilet leaks on bathroom floor

The property was much older than shown on the photos, without paint or maintenance and any kind of decoration and really dirty, would not recommend

Beautiful place, everything near by

Simple yet elegant. Simple is more. Safe clean. Centralized 15 minutes to almost anything you might want to do or go see

First off, the pictures on Expedia are misleading. No balcony has a set of chairs and table. One would expect tue wooden table to at least be stained but it’s so cheap and hard to sit on. The bathroom looks nothing like the pictures and everything looks old. There’s no screen on the balcony doors so you can’t leave it open because bugs can come in.

You can tell they recently invested some money into the property but most of it was placed on top of the old property that everything looks mismatched. Finally, there were roaches in the bathroom. I just bought roach spray and decided not to make a big deal.

The staff are great and they do their best. The location is perfect for transportation and local dining/cafes. Regarding my previous comments, it’s sad because this place has so much potential and the balcony view is incredible.

My review is honest and un biased. I have stayed in 2.5 and 4 star hotels so I thought I had a basis on what to expect. This place is nothing as to what is on Expedia.

the air conditioners at all the apartments are very very old and therefore are making a lot of noise. there were a lot of cockroaches in the apt.
also they made reconstruction of the hotel during my stay , noises that began at 08:00 in the morning. The internet was horrible and I couldn't work with my computer. When I came to speak with the receptionist about the problems - she laughed at me and no solution was suggested.
It was a horrible experience there for me and I don't recomend it to anyone.

Just a hop skip away from Poblado. Subway station, Jumbo supermarket, and both bodytech and smart fit less than 10 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful balcony view, and AC worked well in bedroom. Freeway noise a bit annoying but was able to sleep through it and I’m an extremely light sleeper. Hard to communicate with host as via Expedia platform messages don’t go through they should provide a what’s app number.

Comfortable apartment yet with all the traffic noise and thinking these are actually very nice places to stay I do not understand why an investment in double panes windows was not done. It would make a world of difference.

The apartment was lovely, modern, clean and spacious the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Although they could have used a bigger fry pan. The air conditioner didn't really cool the place. Although it wasn't too hot either.

This apartment-hotel is the best space I’ve stayed at in Medellin. I’m originally from there but have lived outside the country for a very long time. Everything from the costumer service, to the laundry service, to the space is honestly just right.

It’s simple but charming, packed with everything that you need to make your stay pleasant. Visitors are welcomed during some hours and everything is set in place for a smooth and relaxing time.

Metro station is a few minutes away by foot and anything else tourism is only but a short Uber ride away.

No water pressure, it’s either hot water or cold water. No amenities.
