Excelente calidad y precio, personal excepcional
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, dentro del centro histórico pero lejos del ruido del parque central. Personal muy amable y flexibles con el horario de checkin. El desayuno fue excelente.

El hotel es un espacio muy lindo y tranquilo, sirven un desayuno rico, se disfruta del jacuzzi y está en todo el centro histórico, por lo que está cerca de muchos sitios de interés. Las personas que atienden son supremamente amables y dispuestas a ayudarle a uno. Fue una experiencia muy agradable.

El descanso deseado en un lugar maravilloso

El desayuno muy rico, muy buen sabor. La ubicacion excelente, a solo tres cuadras del parque principal.

Cute little boutique hotel

Selva María Hotel Boutique is a beautiful and peaceful oasis in the picturesque town of Santa Fé de Antioquia. The owner of this small hotel has thought of every detail – it’s decorated with great taste. Breakfast is delicious, and the coffee is excellent. I had booked the cheapest room and was initially a bit disappointed that it didn’t have a window. But that’s something you have to expect right in the old town, as there are hardly any multi-story houses and the buildings are close together. On the second night, I was given a larger room at no extra charge. There’s a small but charming outdoor area with a hot tub and loungers. Highly recommended!

Un sitio para quedarse a vivir.
Pros:

Absolutamente todo, es una maravilla, atención perfecta, amabilísimo, buenos consejos, te gestionan lo que les pidas siempre con una sonrisa, desayuno perfecto, espacios cuidadisimos, silencioso, si vais a Santa Fe, este es el sitio.

Cons:

Siempre hay algo que mejorar y es por poner un pero, la habitación es algo pequeña.

La extraordinaria amabilidad de todo el personal.
El desayuno súper completo y con opciones: café, chocolate, huevos revueltos o en Cacerola, aniñados o no. Incluye quesito, arepa, croissan y mantequilla.

Qué pasó con el IVA?
Pros:

Amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Cobran 19% de IVA por anticipado y no lo facturan, al menos no lo hacen correctamente.
Mucha turbidez tributaria.
A pesar de respaldar la reserva con mi tarjeta de crédito, para no cancelarla me exigieron transferencia bancaria, incluyendo 19% de IVA que luego no facturaron.
