Perfect base for exploring Krakow
Pros:

Good range of breakfast options. Room was clean. Smooth check in/check out process. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walkable distance from the centre of the old town.

The hotel promotes colourful bright rooms. Unfortunately we were provideda very dull lifeless room.
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent quiet location. Easy to get to the major visitor sites.

The room was very stuffy even with air con. There was too much furniture.

Beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, apartment room was spotless clean. Great facilities loved the jacuzzi bath. Hotel staff were great especially one male staff who helped us get our bag back which we had left in taxi. Great location near everything.

hotel was voor de rest prima en een goede locatie
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed, niet veel bijzonders. wel scrammbeld eggs

Cons:

er waren twee rolgordijnen voor de dakramen. 1 van de 2 was stuk en was met plakband vastgemaakt,althans een poging. dus elke ochtend kwam het licht naar binnen. erg slecht. we vonden ook een sok van iemand anders naast het bed.

Nice pleasant stay in Krakow.
Pros:

Nice hotel in a good location. Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent. Firm and big. Great nights sleep. Breakfast was very good. Great small hotel.

Cons:

Bathroom was good but a bit small. Bath in main room was a little strange in my opinion.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und die Altstadt sind bequem erreichbar, sodass man Krakau wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden kann.
Besonders überzeugt hat uns das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich, sodass wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Alles war frisch und lecker, ein perfekter Start in den Tag.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der großzügige Saunabereich, der inklusive genutzt werden kann.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel und auch in der Umgebung recht teuer.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück, schöner Wellnessmöglichkeit und perfekter Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Krakau.

pokój bardzo ładnie urządzony, funkcjonalny, lokalizacja świetna

Cons:

nie polecam śniadań, personel niezainteresowany gośćmi, trzeba chodzić i prosić o danie z karty, ba najpierw samemu trzeba się zorientować że taka karta jest bo nikt nic nie propnuje, do wyboru mało produktów a te dostępne przeleżały całą noc w lodówce, pomijam zgniła sałatę, część produktów wątpliwej świeżości. Lepiej zapłacić za pokój a śniadanie zjeść w innym miejscu

Hyvä sijainti. Ytimeen kävellen 10 min. Aamiainen varsin monipuolinen ja kokki väänsi omeletteja. Kannattaa varata huone katutasosta. Arvaat sitten, miksi.
