Pleasant hotel, great location, with helpful staff thoroughout
Pros:

Location fantastic for visiting the Old Town and Castle.

Room extremely comfortable and having a small balcony to relax on was lovely.

Cons:

Minor issue but better to use a full sized duvet on the bed instead of 2 single duvets placed horizontally on the bed.

Pros:

It was immaculately clean from the room, restaurant and the facade.

The bedroom was comfortable, despite some being a bit of a shock- coming down from the roof.

Checking in was a smooth process, and staff were attentive and helpful.

Nice hotel but customer service could be a bit better.
Pros:

Nice decor and a great selection at breakfast.

Cons:

The staff were not particularly welcoming and friendly. It was very difficult to engage in any kind of conversation with them and everything felt very serious and formal. I appreciate that English is not their first language but a few smiles and some rapport with guests would have been nice.

Pros:

The hotel is in a gastric location and the room was breathtaking. Perfect for a romantic trip away with the wife.

Location 5-10 min stroll from main square. Very quiet hotel very clean comfy bed, breakfast was amazing

Cons:

Pillows were a bit soft for me and the towels were not the best. There is no fridge in the room. Never found the mini bar!

Suurepärane asukoht. Jalutuskäigu kaugusel peamistest vaatamisväärsustest, aga samas vaikses kõrvaltänavas. Kena hotell väga ilusate tubadega. Meeldiv teenindus. Üks parimaid hommikusööke, mida oleme saanud. Lauast saab tellida erinevaid toite: omletti, pannkooke jne. Peatuksime seal kindlasti uuesti.
