Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet street near the center. The room was quite spacious and had everything I needed. It was super clean and the cleaning crew did a great job cleaning the room every day and tidying it so one feels super comfortable staying in it.

Excellent hotel in Krakow
Pros:

The hotel is really great - clean, well maintained, lovely design. Room was spacious and has all needed equipment. Bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. Staff we very friendly and supportive. Location is extremely convenient - short walking distance from the river, castle, old town. There are plenty of nice restaurants very close to the hotel - we were particularly happy with the food in the nearby Indian restaurant. Our stay was more than pleasant in the hotel!

Cons:

Almost everything was great. Pillows can be a bit more comfortable though.

Buon hotel, soggiorno migliorabile.
Pros:

Hotel molto bello,ben arredato,pulitissimo,in zona centrale a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza del mercato; ottima la colazione.Camera ampia,bagno e doccia spaziosi.

Cons:

Ho chiesto una camera quadrupla per 2 adulti e due ragazzi; il letto aggiuntivo per i ragazzi era in realtà un divano letto su cui era impossibile dormire,materasso spesso circa 2 cm, scomodissimo,sarebbe stato meglio dichiarare in sede di prenotazione " non abbiamo una camera con 4 letti",avremmo optato per 2 camere doppie.

Plenty to see and visit in Krakow during a 5 day stay
Pros:

Really nice hotel in excellent location close to castle and within 15 minutes walk to main square

Cons:

Location is perfect for visiting most main tourist areas on foot . A few local coffee shops near by give the area a friendly safe vibe

Tolles Hotel in der schönen Krakauer Innenstadt
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Es gibt in der Lobby und auf dem Zimmer kostenfreies Wasser, auch zum abfüllen und mitnehmen. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit riesen Auswahl und life-cooking. Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Sehr gut gelegen und die Altstadt, Wawel etc sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Der Urlaub war zu kurz. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

No restaurant for lunch or dinner, no room service - only breakfast. Slightly inconvenient as we didn’t really want to go out for food, but didn’t have the option of eating at the hotel.

Krásny hotel, výborné raňajky, milý personál, vynikajúca poloha, všade blízko, podzemné parkovisko 100m od hotela aj keď drahé, ale super.

Cons:

Vírivka na izbe tiekla takže sme si ju neužili, ale za to hotel nemôže, veci sa proste kazia...
