La habitación de luxe estaba demasiado pequeña . El baño estaba pegado a la cama .de tan pequeño que estaba . No había lugar para poner el maleta . Y el ruido de la calle es demasiado

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt, men rommene er veldig små. Det første rommet hadde mange maur i rommet og i seng. Vi fikk byttet rom andre natt. Bassenget var også veldig lite og luktet vondt og vannet var grønt…

Um lugar acolhedor, com ambiente muito confortável e atendimento incrível desde a recepção. O café da manhã é simplesmente incrível, com variedade e qualidade que tornam a experiência ainda mais especial. Ideal para quem busca tranquilidade e bem-estar durante a estadia.

O atendimento foi ótimo, a acomodação possui uma excelente localização, muito perto das famosas ruas das bandeiras. O shampoo, condicionador e sabonete fornecidos pelo hotel são de ótima qualidade. Não tomamos o café da manhã pois nosso vôo saía bem cedinho, então não somos capazes de opinar nesse sentido.
Como ponto negativo, destacamos que o chuveiro demora muito para esquentar. Além disso, no quarto em que estávamos hospedados, não possuia espaços de apoio, como estantes ou guarda-roupas, então as nossas roupas ficavam na mala mesmo. Por fim, também só tinha disponível 1 lençol, por mais que Cartagena seja quente, gostamos de dormir cobertos e com o ar ligado.

スタッフ全員優しく、朝食はパンケーキやアレパ＋フルーツ、チーズ、飲み物でお腹もたまり美味しかったです
安い部屋にしたが、部屋を開けた瞬間ベッドでとても狭かった。エアコンに風呂場のドアが当たり全開出来ない。湿気が酷く、除湿設定にしても外の方が湿度がなかった。
ベッド横の壁はカビていて嫌だったのでクッションでカバーし寝ていました。湿気のせいでエアコンも臭く汚かった。
部屋のいい点はNetflixが見れること、タオルとソープが充実してる点だけでした。
せめて湿度は何とか出来たらいいと思います。

It was excellent

Llegamos por una noche y nos recibieron muy bien, muy atentas las encargadas de la recepción, la habitación muy pequeña pero con lo necesario para hospedarse , el desayuno estuvo bueno, Fruta, huevo, patacones y queso con opción de chocolate, jugo o café con leche.

El personal es muy atento y esta para apoyarte siempre, el desayuno es muy bueno.
Sin embargo, el alojamiento no es igual a las fotos y a la descripción. La habitacion más grande es súper pequeña, el baño es cero privado, la alberca es demasiado pequeña y esta muy sucia.
Adicional a esto, estuvimos 3 dias y en ninguno de ellos realizaron la limpieza de la habitación.

Very small hotel, that is located in Getsamani area and also close to the wall city., Very small room and the shower water only got warm, not hot

Todo el personal siempre está muy atento a ayudar, es lo mejor que puedo resaltar, al igual que el desayuno. La desventaja ya se sabe: son habitaciones muy pequeñas y con el baño un poco improvisado y sin privacidad

Muy básico, habitaciones muy pequeñas

La gente muy simpática. Lo que es INADMISIBLE es que estés durmiendo y empiecen a hacer obras en el hotel, con un martillo, taladradora. A las 7 de la mañana un sábado! Esperen a que los inquilinos hagan el check out a las 12.

I’m not sure where to start the mold in this place was ridiculous then the so called upgraded rooms you can’t stand up in at all I hit my head so many times on the ceiling it’s ridiculous but for me it was the water that was my biggest problem from the start the whole place smelt like sewage and mold but we had already checked in and could not get our anything back then the water in our room went out it was so frustrating but also the last straw this place needs to be shut down it’s nasty we had to book another property and they also refused any kind of refund I’m just warning anyone who’s looking at this place to definitely keep looking you will not be happy if you book this I’m not sure what to call it

Misorganized, dirty, mismanaged.
Gave me the wrong room even though I booked months in advance. Then no safe box. Then I left for a night leaving my stuff in my room which I kept and came back to my ENTIRE room and belongings being wet - had to go do laundry and buy some clothes. The walls were peeling, new mold growth, bathroom being wet, my clothes and bags being wet. They did not do anything to help and refused to refund. Avoid this place at all costs. The manager sucks and the hotel did not take responsibility for all this when neither of my 5 nights were good. I ended up leaving 2 days earlier but tried to leave even earlier but couldn't as I could not find a hotel at 1 am. I had to sleep in the lobby for a bit as my room was so wet and unlivable. Last day we were there, there was no running water either. ALSO GOT BED BUGS FROM HERE! DONT STAY HERE AT ALL!!!!

The size of the room is very very small,you do not have enough space to even make a decisions in there,cant open your suitcase,just enough space to put your feet.everything else was ok
