No funcionaba la TV, el baño es extremadamente pequeño, el desayuno es mejorable.

Sin embargo, estaba limpio, la atención es buena y la cama muy cómoda.

Tuvimos una experiencia decente en este lugar. Aunque la habitación tenían algunos detalles por mejorar, como la humedad en la parte inferior ya que Bogotá me parecía frío, el baño era reducido y la TV no funcionaba correctamente, la verdad es que no nos molestó demasiado.
La razón básicamente era descansar, y en ese sentido cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Es un lugar tranquilo, el personal fue muy amable y tiene una buena ubicación.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bueno, localización excelente, cerca de la Quinta Bolívar, la Universidad de los Andes y el Cerro Monserrate, con distancias manejables a centro histórico y múltiples lugares para comer. Por su cercanía a la universidad hay mucha seguridad.Todo el personal es súmamente amable, eficiente y cooperativo. El par de situaciones que surgieron fueron resueltas inmediatamente, con gran eficiencia. Únicos inconvenientes: puede ser ruidoso. Dependiendo de la habitación, se escucha el tráfico, las conversaciones en el vestíbulo y el timbre de entrada. El lavamanos tan pequeño que dificultaba el aseo personal.

Excelente localização e atendimento, mas um quarto muito apertado e de muito ruido em relação aos outros quartos, com uma vedação que pouco serve para ruido. Café da manhã muito fraco!

Excelente atendimento, muito solícitos, sempre disposto a ajudar. Cama e travesseiro muito bons, amenidades de banheiro, chuveiro funcionando, excelente localização, quarto bom . Bom café da manhã.
Dos 4 dias que ficamos limparam somente uma vez .
