Pros:

El hotel esta en el centro, cerca de todo, a una cuadra de la plaza, centro comercial con todo a unos pasos, no me sentí inseguro con mi familia pese a que estaba en el centro; Pereira es una ciudad encantadora, recomendado.

Very nice centrally located hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Very close to the central park. Was able to walk to restaurants nearby.

Cons:

There's a sports bar behind the property that is open late,and you can hear the noise. There are lots of homeless people sleeping in the street, not too far down the road. They don't bother anyone, but some people may not like that.
