Prima verblijf in het leuke dorpje Minca
Pros:

Het was een rustig verblijf. Het lag dicht bij de 'hoofdstraat' van Minca waardoor alles op loopafstand was. Daarnaast lag het aan de rivier. Kamer was prima, niet bijzonder maar ruim en het bed lag goed. Het ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd. De douche had warm water.

Cons:

Het putje in de douche liep op onze kamer slecht af.

Me dijeron que no podia llevar mi perro de servicio, tuve que dejarlo y al llegar allá habia muchos huespedes con mascota, no hicieron limpiza en la habitacion tuve que yo sacudir las camas, ir a recepcion a pedir mas toallas, poner rollo de papel higienico cosa que ellos debieron revisar, el desayuno tienen un menu que nunca hay disponibilidad, ningun dia pudimos comer lo que queriamos tocaba adaptarnos a lo que quedaba y eramos los primeros sentados en la mesa, no tiene sentido que ofrezcan un menu que no hay.

Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Our booking included breakfast, but we were only allowed one cup of coffee with breakfast. They served us 1/2 cup each time!!!
We travel a lot and never have we encountered this hotel policy . it was awkward, especially in Colombia - the country known for its coffee.

Pros:

Przepiękny hotel położony nad samą rzeką na uboczu wioski. Z centrum spacerem maksymalnie 10 min, wszędzie blisko. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne, w jego trakcie można było podziwiać zwierzęta nad rzeką - widzieliśmy jaszczurki i tukana.
Łóżka wygodne, jest klimatyzacja, pokój bardzo ładny
Na terenie obiektu są dwa duże psy, ale w żaden sposób nie przeszkadzają. Ogólnie na wsi jest tam dużo psów.

Cons:

Problem z ustawieniem ciepłej wody pod prysznicem. Za każdym razem była to walka o odpowiednią temperaturę.

Pros:

Tuvimos una suite con vistas al río y quedamos encantados. Desayuno delicioso, cama muy cómoda y una decoración muy bonita. Los perros no ladraron por la noche ni molestaron, como se menciona en otras opiniones.

Queremos agradecer especialmente a Luis, quien cada día nos traía el desayuno con tanta amabilidad y siempre de buen humor. ¡Todo el personal fue realmente muy amable y parecía estar contento!

Séjour confortable dans un lieu au calme

Notre chambre était très confortable
Le personnel très gentil
Bon petit déjeuner
Appréciable de pouvoir se baigner et se rafraîchir dans la rivière au pied de l hôtel après une chaude journée de randonnée

Pros:

El hotel es súper lindo. Lo mejor es la vista y la bajada al río e irse a dormir con ese sonido. Está ubicado súper cerca del centro y del camino hacia las cascadas. El desayuno es rico y abundante.

Cons:

Faltaba personal en el restaurant, la comida fue riquisima, pero como había sólo una persona atendiendo las mesas tuvimos que esperar mucho aún habiendo dejado el pedido con anticipación.
