Lovely riverside escape near the heart of Minca
Pros:

Beautiful quiet spot away from the hubbub of the center of town but close enough to walk in just a few minutes. The river is gorgeous and watching birds in the morning and swimming in the afternoon right from the hotel was incredible.

Cons:

Our only complaints/room for improvement were:
A. This place should get a nice espresso coffee maker. The coffee served with the included breakfast was very mediocre. And two mornings they told us they didn’t even have coffee!

B. on our first night a group of extremely loud people were partying and shouting in the common areas until 2am making it very loud in the rooms. We wish the night staff had asked them kindly to find another place to hang out.

Okay but not great value.
Pros:

Good location next to the river. But the nice views are better 40 mins ride to the mountain top.

Cons:

The food and Service at the Restaurant left much to be desired. Took very long and didn't communicate what was not available on the menue (50% of the offering wasnt possible).the bathroom inside the room smelt.

Nice river access
Pros:

Fresh rooms and comfortable bed. Nice with a river access.

Cons:

We arrived at 13 and receptionist told us our room will be ready at 15. We weren’t allowed to check in early even though all the rooms upstairs were ready.

Paradise on a budget.
Pros:

Pros:

The location is close to the main road and you have direct river access. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had two different room types, none received room cleaning and those ‘doors’ to the toilet & shower are just foldable paper which are completely useless, they are uneasy to use and a bit broken - next time I’m opting for something with normal doors.

Maravilloso Lugar
Pros:

Las habitaciones de la parte nueva son mucho mejores, nos habíamos hospedado en el sector casa Vieja pero sonaban mucho las camas a nuestro parecer. Pedimos cambio y por un valor adicional nos la otorgaron sin inconvenientes. La comida es deliciosa 😋

Pros:

Next to the river, room had views of lush green and river which was nice and relaxing access to river from hotel. Food at restaurant was good, including breakfast. Room was super nice and the balcony had a comfortable hammock.

Cons:

Noisy at night. The balcony doors don't close properly and there's a gap that lets through noise and bugs.
The Sand flies in Minca are terrible. Got destroyed by them. The place is hard to get to by car if you're driving, be prepared for some crazy narrow and crappy "roads" through the town..
