La habitación queda dentro de un restaurante, sales de la habitación y hay comensales afuera, la habitación no tenía ventanas y la cama y las almohadas regulares, la zona si es muy linda

The room and staff were great! I felt very comfortable and safe traveling solo staying here and will stay here again in the future. Very walkable to all of the popular areas.

I paid for two rooms, when we arrived one of the rooms didn't have a towel, the other room's bathroom was completely dirty, the bathtub was dirty, we also left a bag of things I had bought and when I returned to my room after the walk I found it open and with fewer things.

The staff was super friendly and the room was fine. However, the Internet was down for the three days that I was there, which meant I was not able to do important work on my computer that I had been counting on.

Buena ubicación, limpio, personal atento, el desayuno incluido muy rico; el restaurante muy bonito! Recomendado!

El lugar tiene baño privado,es tranquilo y seguro.

This place was fine. The people in the cute bar check you in and they weren’t super attentive. I got confused about which room was mine and ended up hoisting my suitcase up a very narrow staircase unnecessarily. The bedrooms are right next to the kitchen. The door only opened from inside the room with a key and the key was extremely tight and had to be opened just so, turning door knob and key same way I got locked in at one point which was a little scary and the guys that worked there were not super sympathetic about why being locked in a windowless room in a strange city while people working in the kitchen make jokes about someone being atrapado might be unsettling.

If you’re looking for just a room to stay at this place is great if you’re looking for more of an experience or trying to find a place that’s quiet this is not ideal. Rooms center around the restaurant outdoor courtyard so there is music but overall it was a good experience- check in took a little bit long, but rest was great.

Había mucho ruido porque la cocina estaba a lado de la habitación que rentamos y teníamos que pasar por en medio de la gente para entrar a la habitación

La experiencia no fue nada grata, no pude cambiarme puesto que los hospedajes ya eran muy costosos en la zona y ya no podia moverme siendo que iba por negocios.

Dormi, literal a lado de la cocina,
no se menciona nada de esto en sus descripciones, las habitaciones a lado del restaurante,
ruidoso
sin agua caliente
etc, etc, etc,

Un lugar bonito, muy cerca del centro de convenciones, en general bien...

Nothing spectacular - functional

First of all, the name of the hotel is not what is advertised therefore no one can find it. The room lock and faucet had to be replaced when we arrived. There is no hot water and when I asked, I was told that hot water is not needed in Cartagena. Pathetic! Breakfast is served from 8-10am too late for tourists like us who arrange early tours. It should be earlier as breakfast was part of the reason we chose this hotel. There were no blankets on the bed, just sheets. When I asked for one, I was told they didn’t have any. And the worst part was the manager, Alexandra. She said she would wait for us to arrive on a late international flight, but when we arrived in the neighborhood, she failed to answer the phone to give us directions so we had to rent another hotel on our first night. When I fronted her, she lied about it and never apologized. She is not an asset to the hotel! That is certain. However, the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating.

Had a room with no window , right next to the kitchen. Not pleasant. Room got smelly, and our clothes smelt after two days. The kitchen bin was right outside our door. Staff were ok. Nice cold water available. Breakfast was on the tight side. No variety and no flexibility at all.

Apesar de ter considerado uma nota boa para a estadia como um todo, faço uma resalva com relação ao barulho entorno do quarto, pois fica ao lado da cozinha do estabelecimento comercial que tem mais estrutura e venda para Bar. Assim como, poderia ter pelo menos agua climatizada para banho. No mais, o atendimento do Cesar e Time foi impecável!!
