Great home base
Pros:

Jacuzzi in my room was fantastic. I filled it up and watched TV while relaxing after a day of hiking or adventuring. Location is great near lots of restaurants, cafes and bars.
They provided a glass bottle for you to refill with the water dispenser in the lobby (agua natural y con gas).
Comfy bed with ample space.
Across from two supermarkets too

Cons:

It was annoying to have to go down to get someone to let you up on the roof.

No nos gustó que no entregaron las dos tarjetas de habitacion para los dos huéspedes. Despues por fin entregaron la adicional y a partir de este momento se configuraba una y la otra dejaba de funcionar. Que incomodo estar bajando a buscar que habiliten la tarjeta.
NO cuentan con planta de emergencia. Se fué el servicio de energia en el edificio, y se bloqueó todo. Tuvimos que usar escaleras para salir y lo peor el asensor se cayó desde el piso 4 al primero, el susto fué enorme, gracias a Dios, estabamos en el piso 4. hubiese podido ser muy delicado de pisos mas altos. FALTA DE CONTAR CON LA PLANTA ELECTRICA DE EMERGENCIA funcionando como sucede en cualquier establecimiento de estos.
El día que llegamos solicitamos a la señorita nos asigne una habitacion lejos de ruidos. Nos asigna la habitacion 406, ubicada al fondo del pasillo interno. La peor de todas, creo que allí contra esa pared estan ubicados los motores o como se llamen los equipos de aire acondicionado del edificio o de otros y generaban periódicamente un ruido insoportable, que TODOS lo días dañó nuestro sueño especialmente de la madrugada.
No había papel higiénico repuesto.
Los desayunos muy básicos, huevos sin sabor, sin sazón...
platos de desayuno sin arepas y estamos en la región donde son exquisitas por naturaleza

En general, el personal fue amable, y la habitación muy tranquila, amplia y en general, cómoda. El personal fue atento en las solicitudes que hicimos

Cons:

No funcionó la TV desde el primer día, aunque solo informamos en la recepción en el penúltimo día, pues la mayor parte del tiempo no estuvimos en el hotel. También recomiendo que cambien la silla para el escritorio, pues es demasiado incomoda si se pretende trabajar, o hacer algo en este espacio por tiempo prolongado

Nice hotel in Laureles
Pros:

Perfect location a few minutes to estadio station , easy to go to the touristic places from there , nice facilities , great staff , delicious breakfast

Cons:

Last day I did not had hot water but I was about to go to the airport so I didn’t even reported it , maybe just bad luck for me

Un Lugar para una Estancia Ideal!
Pros:

La atención y amabilidad del personal es muy buena, en especial las personas que atendian el restaurante. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. La ubicación ideal para lo que queriamos hacer. En frente hay 2 supermercados y la zona es muy tranquila y segura. La cama muy comoda.

Cons:

Se sentía un poco de olor a humedad cuando se encendía el aire acondicionado.
