Pros:

Bad customer service. I booked on the same day and they told me I had to register with them 72 hours before my reservation. I showed up and no one was there. I also called their customer service and one one answered. I was left to book a different hotel last minute.

Pros:

Hour after 3 oclock check in to tell us they cant have us..medellin had concert and nothing left to book,so we cab back to airport to spend night...this place a nighmare
