Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner mais une foule d’endroits autour de parque de la 93 pour cela
Il faut savoir que l’on est à Bogota donc il faut trouver un lieu où les touristes ne seront pas importunés (sécurité) l’emplacement est bon : dans une portion de Chapinero acceptable -cela peut varier d’une Calle à l’autre
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’amabilité de la conciergerie qui malheureusement n’est là que pour la sécurité et la mise en relation avec un numéro WhatsApp lorsqu’il y a des problèmes (et nous en avons eu 2 le jour de notre arrivée) : disfonctionnement du code d’ouverture de la porte de l’appartement, et problème de remise en eau suite à conduites d’eau endommagées et fuites au sous-sol …rétrospectivement nous pensons que ces deux problèmes ont été assez vite résolus, surtout pour l’eau chaude car vraisemblablement dans la nuit…
On peut laisser sans souci les bagages au concierge le jour du départ
Bien sûr nous n’avons pas aimé attendre environ une heure que le code d’ouverture de l’appartement soit changé, ni le même jour en soirée ne plus avoir de pression d’eau ni d’eau chaude !
Il est indiqué « machine à café » mais c’est du café soluble en dosette !

Da a una avenida asi que pasan autos, yo no estoy acostumbrada a departamentos que dan hacia la calle sin embargo pude dormir bien y no era hiper ruidoso. Para los hiper histericos del ruido les recomendaria ir a un depto de estos contrafrente, pero no dejen de elegir estos departamenteos

The location and the apartment
The apartment at Canvas by Wynwood Bogotá is modern, comfortable, and very well located. My stay could have been excellent, but a few important details affected the overall experience.
From the moment I arrived, the unit was set up as if only one person would be staying, even though my reservation was for two: there was only one towel in the bathroom, just one cup in the living room, and only one pair of earplugs. I reported this and shared photos, but I was told that due to pico y placa restrictions, they didn’t have a messenger available to send additional earplugs or amenities.
On top of that, there were construction works happening in the apartment next door (not managed by the property), which caused a lot of noise. I understand that construction in Bogotá is allowed during specific hours, but the staff’s response lacked empathy. They didn’t offer any alternatives such as a late check-out, a room change, or any other gesture to help improve the situation.
The place itself is great, but the guest service could be improved—especially in ensuring the room is properly set up for the number of guests booked and offering more supportive solutions when unexpected issues arise.
