This apartment hotel is the most pathetic I have ever stayed in and I stayed here for 5 nights. They advertise Superior room with sofa and then when I get the room, they say No. Superior room is when there is an AC, not sofa. Anyways they gave me a room with sofa, 2 nights later.
Not just that, the rooms just don’t have any cupboard or wardrobes. There is nowhere to hang clothes. They have open shelves. What ridiculous nonsense is this?
There is nowhere an electric water kettle for heating water for coffee. There is an aluminum bowl to heat up water for coffee. They don’t have a proper microwave. This is pathetic.
They advertise shampoo in the bathroom. But none is there. I asked reception and she says shampoo is the soap for the body, not hair. That’s terrible. Shampoo is for hair and Soap is for body. Poor service.
They advertise breakfast but you have to walk 2 blocks, cross a major street to a different hotel to get breakfast. That is a shocker. Pathetic I’d say. I honestly don’t think these people know how to run a hotel and offer good customer service. I would never stay here again. Quite poor hotel, service and management. They allowed an extra hour for checkout but what good is that, when I’ve spent 5 days painfully with no possibility of refund or reducing the period of stay. Quite poor.

Waitresses at the breakfast are very nasty. She wouldn’t give me another cup of coffee when I asked for it.

Un edificio con gran potencial situado en mal lugar. Carece del personal de aseo y de servicio al cliente y que el desayuno se sitúe en otro edificio pésima opción y deberían de actualizar. La rotulación porque ahí hay horarios muy distintos a los. Que real mente son

Need better towels they were falling apart

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni in questo hotel!! Partiamo dicendo che il personale alla reception non è stato per niente gentile!! L allettamento era privo di pentole, la luce in bagno rimaneva sempre accesa e non c era modo di spegnerla. Mancava pure lo scopino per il wc. Colazione non ne parliamo!! L unica cosa decente era la terrazza con servizio piscina e bar!! I prezzi delle bevande altissimi!! Quindi per finire non ci tornerò mai più. Non è stata affatto un ottima esperienza!!

Towels were dirty, there were roaches in the room, no ac, and the shower would get water everywhere in the bathroom, we also had a fridge in the room but nowhere to connect it to. There was a window in the room but it was to the inside of the hotel and not a lot of light came in and was musty. It was on the cheap side but a lot of homeless in the area and very dirty.

Overall pleasant stay. The bed was really uncomfortable. I did not have the best sleep.

No me gustó el hotel, ubicado en una zona muy peligrosa, las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, mi familia y yo nos tuvimos que mover hacia otro hotel y todavía estoy gestionando el reembolso y no quieren ceder… Pésimo lugar !!!!

Beautiful rooftop

I must say the staff was excellent. The only thing disappointing was. I wish I had picked a room with an air condition. Overall, I do recommend for your stay when in Columbia.
