Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage, nettes Personal mit gutem Frühstück

Gute, sehr zentrale Lage. Gute Ausstattung und tolles Personal!

Cons:

Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ist vorhanden (5 Min Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt). An Markttagen steht der Parkplatz leider nicht zur Verfügung und dann ist suchen angesagt (das Hotel empfiehlt Alternativen, die sind aber rar gesät).

It feels like a 5-star hotel
Pros:

The place feels extremely expensive. Very chic, spacious, and comfortable. Also, the staff is super friendly, especially Katerina and Dimitri (the latter even without speaking English, despite knowing a ton of languages but none in common with me).

Breakfast is very much worth it! You won't find a hundred options, but everything available was amazing.

Cons:

Le standard de l'hôtel n'est pas celui d'un 4*. Chambre sombre, salle de bain peu confortable et surtout le petit déjeuner qui, d'après les commentaires est somptueux, s'est révélé très décevant. Pas de service à table, confitures industrielles en barquettes plastique, très peu de choix, très peu de fruits, le saladier des tomates était vide,... les dosettes de café ne sont pas renouvelées dans les chambres et l'eau non plus...

Pros:

La situation géographique dans la vieille ville est exceptionnelle, l’hôtel est magnifiquement décoré, confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable, une petite bouteille de raki, des gressins et des olives sont à disposition dans la chambre en guise de bienvenue, le petit déjeuner est simple mais parfait.Nous avions réservé qu'une seule nuit et nous avons regretté car il n'y avait plus de disponibilité.L'accès à la chambre lors de notre arrivée tardive nous a été envoyé par vidéo WhatsApp, impossible de se tromper, tout était parfait ! De plus ils nous ont envoyé par WhatsApp des adresses de restaurant délicieuses à côté de l’hôtel, les Crétois sont tous adorables et très serviables !

Bel établissement au bon endroit avec les bonnes personnes pour prendre soin des clients

La qualité du petit déjeuner. L emplacement. Le personnel très aimable et attentionné.

Cons:

Le patio bruyant. Les gens qui s installent aux tables autour de la piscine juste derrière notre fenêtre et qui parlent jusqu’à 23h50.

Super agréable, cosy, et très jolie déco
Pros:

La déco les équipements la petite piscine en ville pour se rafraîchir.
La proximité du centre pour visiter la ville et ses commerces.

Cons:

Juste il faut se garer sur le parking indiqué par l’hôtel ou leur préciser que vous arrivez en voiture (chose que nous n’avions pas faite) et il y a un peu de marche à pied avec la valise pour rejoindre l’hôtel (entre 5 et 10 mn)
