Charming room, very comfortable bed. Right in the middle of old town, so perfect for exploring, but also very close to car park (which included for free) so easy to drive in

The hotel is lovely and very well located. We had a nice room.
We were meant to stay for 9 nights but had to leave after 5 due to a family emergency. We explained the situation and we were quite distressed. We didn't expect not to have to pay for the remaining nights, of course, but asked for at least a gesture or a small discount. There was no gesture or even an act of kindness to partially make up of the fact that we left the room available and already paid.
Also, there was no espresso at breakfast. There was an espresso machine in the room which was nice but coffee provided only for the first day, after which we were told we had to buy it and an exorbitant price. Not very nice.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht Sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt zu Fuß gleich in der Allstadt. Der große öffentliche Parkplatz kann kostenfrei für den Aufenthalt genutzt werden und ist sehr nah an der Unterkunft. Richtig leckeres Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.
