Wonderful unit in clean and updated unit, nice get away in heart of old town.
Pros:

Good breakfast options, fresh food. The host was very nice and helpful. Location was great, quiet street in the heart of old town.

Cons:

Door key pad was a bit tricky to get into building and room. Wished there were more hooks in the bathroom and unit to hang towels.

A home away from home
Pros:

We left part of our hearts in Rethymno, and Cortiletto Suites is one of the reasons why. Stavros and Ioanna met us as long distance friends, like family (I felt like Ionna was my sister indeed, as we have so many similarities when talking). We had our wedding anniversary so they upgraded our room to the whole castle, we were really surprised 😁 many suggestions were shared for restaurants, things to do, etc. and they were really good. The room itself (we got Estia) had everything you would need and more. It was super clean, stylish and had a view to the pool area, which was quiet during our 2 nights stay. The breakfast was divine and made especially for you. I would forever come back here, even just to say hi, if they wouldn’t have any rooms available. Absolute gem of Rethymno. Already recommended to our friends coming to Crete later in the summer. Best of luck to you guys and we hope to see you again very soon! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was really good for walking around old town to eat at different restaurants each evening.
The sofa and the bed were both very comfortable.
The breakfast was very enjoyable.
Joanna the contact for the stay was excellent.

Cons:

First impression of the suite was that it was very stylish. The problem was a lack of space for personal possessions. A shelf in the bathroom would be useful to put toiletries on.

Pretty as a picture and very relaxing stay
Pros:

The place is gorgeous, just like the photos. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, tranquil and yet in the middle of old town close to tons of restaurants and bars. And doesn’t hurt to have a pool right outside your room. The staff is exceptionally attentive - and the breakfast served poolside is just chef’s kiss! Greek hospitality is amazing and this place is a great example of that.

Cons:

One thing to nitpick on will be soundproofing that is if the other guests and outside. You can hear things. Luckily sound doesn’t bother me.

Probably the only other that comes to mind is a glowing exit sign in the room. I like pitch dark room to sleep in. So I had to throw a towel on it.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit in Rethymno. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön in der Innenstadt gelegen und hat ein tolles familiäres Ambiente. Joana ist super lieb und geht auf alle Wünsche und Bedürfnisse ein. Auch wenn mal nachts Hilfe benötigt wird, weil das Türschloss nicht funktioniert, kommt sie innerhalb von 5 Minuten vorbei und kümmert sich um alles.
Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen individuell und frisch nach Wunschuhrzeit zubereitet und Unverträglichkeiten, wie bspw. Lactoseintoleranz werden berücksichtigt und auch Alternativprodukte besorgt.
Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden sie bei einem neuen Aufenthalt auf Kreta sofort wieder buchen!

Wir würden uns jeder Zeit wieder für Cortiletto entscheiden!
Pros:

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, in wenigen Minuten ist man inmitten des Geschehens, oder an der Küste mit tollem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang!
Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist geschützt und gut zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück wird täglich nach Wunsch individuell und frisch zubereitet mit einer tollen Auswahl an regionalen Produkten!

Le plein centre dans les rues piétonnes.
La gentillesse de la jeune femme à l'accueil.
Le calme.
Très bien décoré et neuf.

Cons:

Il y a un parking gratuit mais il faut aller chercher en arrivant le bip pour pouvoir y accéder.La jeune femme à l'accueil au départ nous a reconduit au parking 👍👍😀 Donc à l' une personne reste dans la voiture où elle peut se garer et l'autre doit trouver l'hotel au milieu de toutes ces petites rues piétonnes. Pas facile..
L'escalier qui monte à l'appartement , étroit , raide et sans rampe.
La chambre est en mézanine avec aussi un escalier.

A small but wonderful accomodation, would recommend to anyone
Pros:

Great staff, especially Elena, she solved problems before we even knew we had them, it was very clean, small but spacious, nice shower, nice but small pool, places to sit in the sun, comfortable bed, towels for the pool, robes, lovely breakfast and very cute set up for it

Cons:

Nothing, could have stayed longer

Excellent first class experience
Pros:

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed high quality accomodation. ReaIly excellent service from Joana 👏👏👏, including all the necessary information in advance, a great restaurant recommendation and beautiful breakfast.

Cons:

Be aware - despite what Google implies, you cannot drive to the door. It's a bit complicated if you are using the free parking offered - you need to walk to the accomodation, pick up a parking fob, go back to your car, drive to the parking, and then walk (5 minutes) back to the accommodation. (And you can't park in the free car park, even by paying, before you get the fob). We parked up in another nearby carpark whilst I went to get the Fob, returning to that car park, in order to drive to the free car park.

Stylisches Hotel und herzliche Atmosphäre
Pros:

Es ist wirklich ein super schickes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig nachts.
Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe ausgestattet, sehr hochwertige Möbel und das Frühstück wird auch jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet.
Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist ein dickes Plus in der sonst sehr engen Altstadt Rethymnos.
Die Atmosphäre im Cortiletto ist außerdem sehr familiär und wir haben auch viele Ausflugstips etc. Erhalten.
Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Stadt :)! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Un grand merci à la réceptionniste pour son accueil chaleureux et sa grande bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours souriante, disponible et attentionnée, elle a vraiment fait la différence !

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, et le calme de l’endroit est un vrai plus pour se reposer. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs. Merci encore pour tout 💛
