Super comfortable room and a delightfully hot shower in a wonderful, walkable location, especially if you’re a night owl. The square outside is hopping until the restaurants close, so be prepared.

Clean, spacious, and modern rooms. Staff speak good English and are very helpful. There is minimal parking, although there is a private lot behind the hotel that you can pay to use. Great location, very central and easy to walk everywhere. Only complaint is that it can be very noisy at night since you are so close to areas with a lot of foot traffic.

Room was lovely and well appointed with A/C. Staff responded quickly to a question about the bathroom. Convenient location to the port and there is a few car rental places right around the corner. Many restaurants to choose from.

Very near the Venetian port and east access to ferries. Hotel is finished nicely with an elevator to transport luggage upstairs. The staff was very accommodating and helped us arrange a taxi for early morning pick up.

Absolutely stunning room with impeccable attention to detail! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location is simply unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, yet wonderfully peaceful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

There was a beautiful view of the church across the street from our room. We had an excellent meal next door. The room had a separate bedroom and everything was very modern in decoration.
The one downside was the very loud music from the restaurant/bar downstairs which ran until two in the morning so it was hard to sleep. Still, I would recommend it - just bring your noise cancelling headphones.

This boutique hotel is right in the middle of the old town area. Tucked right behind the Chirch of St Titus, it’s the perfect location to start your exploration. Clean & beautiful suites are right above a delicious restaurant where you receive a discount. We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel and restaurant in the square where Saint Titus Church is located. Lovely restaurants and shopping all around. The rooms and everything is brand new, comfortable and very well decorated

The hotel itself is really nice – not your typical hotel, but with spacious, well-appointed rooms. Its location is incredibly central, which is perfect if you want to stay right in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, that central location also comes with a downside: it gets very noisy at night, especially due to the bar or club right outside. If they could find a way to better soundproof the rooms, the experience would go from simply okay to awesome.

Wonderful stay in an excellent area. Lots of nightlife and shopping nearby. The staff were so accommodating, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful, both in checking us in and with booking our taxi on our departure. This hotel is well located and the bed was particularly comfortable (goldilocks firm).

The hotel is over 2 restaurant bar whit extremely loud music until 3 am its difficult to sleep and they wont do anything about it so if you dont like noise dont go !!!

Central old city location near the fort and waterfront locations. Also a quick walk to the Heraklion archeological Museum, shopping and fine dining. Room was very comfortable, quiet and well set up.

This hotel was amazing, and not one thing was wrong with it. Perfect for individuals or groups that want to be in the centre of downtown Heraklion.

Complimentary drinks in the room at the mini bar plus coffee at the main level restaurant. Very unique boutique hotel will stay again when visiting Heraklion. Staff was excellent.

Suggest you stay clear of this hotel if you are looking for good service and a full night of sleep. The hotel had no real reception, and the rooms were located right above a restaurant. NOT a hotel. Additionally, our room (one of the most expensive suites) were located right next to a bar/night club, which was playing much until 2 AM on Sundays to Thursdays an 4 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. We kindly asked the staff for another room (even a cheaper one), but apparently, the “hotel” was fully booked. They were not able to give us any earbuds either. The “hotel” was also located right next to a church. The church bells were ringing extremely loud at 6 AM. The cleaning lady made the bed and took out the trash, that was it.
