Enorme Infinity Elounda - Adults Only

Das gesamte Personal super freundlich, man würde zu fast jeder Zeit mit Golfkarts zu seinem Zimmer hinauf gefahren (wie natürlich auch das Gepäck). Super Frühstück, herrlicher Pool. 15 min Laufweg zum Ort mit vielen Restaurants. Begrüßungschampagner am bereits vorgeheizten Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub ohne die geringsten Unannehmlichkeiten, es war herrlich!

Prachtige accommodatie, zwembaden, onze kamer met zeezicht en jaccuzzi, alles klopte en was tot in de puntjes perfekt!

Alle medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Heerlijk ontbijt met tal van verse en vers bereide produkten.

Het was genieten ten Top!!!

The hotel was fantastic, the rooms were amazing with the private pools. The staff were incredibly accomodating and helpful, and the food options on half board were great.

Room was very nice. Staff were all very friendly. Location is nice if you just want to get away. Plaka is 5 min drive away and Elounda as well. Nightlife people this isn’t for you.

The dinners were good (and always tasted good!) but they got a bit repetitive/not very interesting towards the end of the week. Pizza as a „special“ two times within 3 day time span for example.

We had an issue with our sea view room with private pool upon check in that was easily solved and they gave us a new room. Our initial room was a bit smaller and the pool was on the corner and was 1/2 the size of all the other pools that you can easily see as they are all next to eachother.

One issue I had was that on our last full day they were doing maintenance to the gate and it was from morning til early afternoon lots of drilling/saw sounds and it ruined the atmosphere as our room/rooms with private pool are almost all very close to the entrance/road. It would have been nice if they had sent someone around with a small gift or drink to say sorry for the inconvenience. Wasn’t very ideal…

Also the private pool water was so cold we barely used it. Maybe that’s something they should look into. It was hot and sunny all week but it felt like an ice bucket. Wouldn’t suggest floating breakfast in these pools. The main pool was not as bad as it sits in the sun more than the rooms with private pool.

I’d stay here again FYI! Was lovely just a few honest Feedbacks from us.

The room we were given had a much smaller pool, and was immediately in front of the gate, so lots of noise and disturbance.

The gym was terrible for what we are used to.

Room cleaning did not happen as scheduled, and as a result was missed.

The pool area was not very clean, and the food that was left attracted wasps and hornets, so we ended up having to dispose our order.

We ended up wanting to leave earlier, as it was not a very pleasant experience.

Sindssygt lækkert værelse med egen pool. Perfekt til vores ‘babymoon’. Hotellet er mega lækkert, og service er virkelig god. 20 min gåtur fra hotellet ligger byen Elounda, hvor jeg kan anbefale at gå ind om aftenen og spise aftensmad. Eneste minus på hotellet er nemlig maden, der er ret dyr og ret middelmådig. Vi spiste aftensmad der de to første dage, før vi begyndte at tage ned i byen. Der fik vi mere for det halve.

Men alt i alt perfekt pool-værelse.

Très bel établissement, idéalement situé, calme et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et l’endroit a énormément de charme. Un séjour parfait pour se détendre.

The hotel complex was good, but the location of the hotel was rather difficult. If you don't have a ride, you have to walk up a relatively steep hill to get to your room. The food was actually good, but could definitely use more variety and expansion.

Het comfort van de bedden heel goed! Het extra bed was erg hard. (Slaapbank)
Het avondbuffet voldeed niet aan onze wensen. Dus zijn we elders gaan eten. Het ontbijtbuffet kan ook beter! Pancakes niet gaar, vleeswaren uitgedroogd. Rommelig. Maar de eitjes op de menukaart waren ok.

We enjoyed our stay at Elounda Infinity. It was the perfect escape.

Die Zimmer waren herausragend. Die Auswahl beim Esssen hätte noch etwas mehr sein können, allerdings ist das Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und die Anlage war schön und ruhig.

Hotel insgesamt sehr gut, alle sehr nett. Vorallen hat uns die Ruhe und das Zimmer gefallen.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a sea view top floor which was great as we werent overlooked in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic, lots of beds, spacious, very comfy and gorgeousness infinity pools. We didnt use the al a carte restaurant but the buffet was great, varied and we were impressed that the head chef gave us a personal tour so we knew what the vegan options were. Thank you Yannis! Special shout out to Lucy and Marios too.

Sehr schöne und neue Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und symphatisch. Schöne Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick, wenn sea view gebucht. Schöne gepflegte Pool Anlage. Wir hatten Halbpension, Essenqualität war gut. Unser Abflug ging erst abends und wir durften so lange wir wollten am Pool chillen und uns im Nachgang in einem freien Zimmer Reisefertig machen.

Zu den etwas verbesserungswürdigen Aspekten. Zum Zimmer: Minibar war recht laut im Betrieb, sodass wir ihn über unsere Aufenthaltszeit ausstellen mussten. Notausgangbeleuchtung (schräg über dem Bett) sehr hell und störend beim Schlaf. Haben wir einfach abgeklebt, dann ging es. Wir waren zwei Wochen hier, wie gesagt, das Essen war qualitativ gut, könnte bei längerem Aufenthalt jedoch etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen.

Alles in allem haben wir einen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
