Pros:

This is a beautiful, ambitious hotel that has clearly had a lot of thought and investment put into it. The property itself is impressive, stylish and certainly has the potential to offer a five-star experience. Unfortunately, during our stay, the level of management and service did not match the standard of the hotel.

Our room was located directly next to the pool speakers, and the music was extremely loud throughout the day. When we raised the issue of the music, we were told that nobody had ever complained about it before. This was a rather strange response considering the location of our room — there is essentially only 4 rooms directly beside the speakers, so naturally it would be the rooms most affected.

Breakfast was another frustrating experience. Guests were expected to sit at tables in direct sun, despite repeatedly asking for shade, while shaded tables in the bar area remained empty or were used by people connected to the hotel. We specifically asked why we could not sit there and were still directed back to the tables in the sun. For a hotel of this category, particularly during extremely hot summer weather, this felt both unnecessary and inhospitable.

Housekeeping and general service also need improvement. Room cleaning starts extremely late, around 3pm (!), and unless specifically requested, rooms may not be serviced until much later in the day. There is also no proper evening turndown service, which one would normally expect from a hotel positioning itself at this level. There were several other small details throughout the stay that individually might not matter, but collectively gave the impression that the standards and procedures of a true five-star operation are not yet in place.

Keyifli ve konforlu bir tatil :)
Pros:

Sakinliği, sadeliği, şıklığı, konforu, kolaylığı ile otelden çıkmadan harika bir dinlenme tatili oldu. Yemekleri çok başarılı. Özellikle küçük çocuklu aileler için konforlu.

Cons:

Oda çıkışından sonra bir soyunma / duş imkanı yok. Çocuklu aileler tercih ettiği için zaman zaman sessiz bir ortam olmuyor. Deniz imkanı pek yok konum olarak. Önünden yol geçerek denize giriliyor ancak tesisi yok.
