Deos Luxury Suites

A lovely hotel in a peaceful location . Easy to walk to restaurants and bars nearby. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and having a private pool is a lovely luxury.

Absolutely loved everything about Deos. Clean, relaxing, comfy beds amazing staff. They looked after us in every aspect. Kostas (manger) did everything and more. Hes an absolute star! We will be going back very soon.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à l’hôtel Deos Luxury Suites et notre expérience à l’hôtel a largement dépassé nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés dans une magnifique suite.

La suite était très spacieuse, très bien équipée, avec une vue superbe et un accès direct à notre propre piscine. Le cadre était calme, reposant, idéal pour se détendre en toute intimité.

Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, toujours souriant et disponible pour répondre à nos besoins.

Le petit-déjeuner étaient variés et de qualité, L’emplacement de l’hôtel permet également de visiter facilement les environs et la côte Est de la Crète.

Nous recommandons chaudement cet établissement, surtout pour les personnes en quête de confort, de tranquillité et d’un service attentionné. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle parenthèse Crétoise

Die Unterkunft hat uns gefallen. Ruhige Lage. Unser Pool war auch sehr schön. Bis auf einige Detailaspekte können wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Deos needs to be everyone’s list for a future holiday. The place, the staff and food were outstanding. The staff really do go above and beyond.

Hôtel très agréable et propre, avec des chambres confortables et bien entretenues. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et professionnel, toujours prêt à rendre service. Le cadre est calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre.

Deos luxury it certainly is! Our room was amazing, huge comfy bed, everything in the room you could possible need. The cleaning ladies, our pool guy, the waiters, the owner, all the staff were super professional and friendly. We wanted a rest and peace and quiet and this hotel gave us that and more. The a la carte breakfasts were the best we have ever had and the choice was outstanding. We also dined in the restaurant a few evenings and the service and food was perfect. A memorable stay and we will definitely return.

Frühstück: man bestellt a la kart aber man kann nur 1 Frühstücksmenü bestellen mehr nicht, man kann auch nichts extra dazu bestellen was in den anderen Frühstücksmenüs dabei ist wie zB.: ein Buttercroissant oder einen Yoghurt.

Reinigungssystem: die Reinigungskräfte machen eine gute und saubere Arbeit aber das Konzept passt nicht. Hier gibt es kein Türschild oder einen Knopf das du sagen kannst du magst keinen Reinigungsservice, hier wird angeklopft und wenn keiner aufmacht kommen sie einfach rein. Sprich man sitzt beim pool hört das klopfen nicht und auf einmal stehen 2 Personen im Zimmer um sauber zumachen. Man hat keine Privatsphäre. Man bucht sich eigentlich so eine Suite, um etwas Privatsphäre zu haben, hier aber Fehlanzeige.

Was noch dazukommt ist, dass mit den ,Poolhandtücher,. Man bekommt nicht einfach neue, man muss jedesmal nachfragen das einem neue gebracht werden.. man darf die sogenannten ,Poolhandtücher' auch nicht mit zum Stramd mitnehmen, obwohl man extra zwei mal nachgefragt hat, ob das geht (beide male wurde bejaht mann kann die Poolhandtücher zum Strand mitnehmen) und auf einmal, wenn man vor Ort ist, ist es nicht mehr möglich??

Es wird als Luxus Suites geworben, das Zimmer ist definitiv luxuriös und eine 10/10 aber der Service und das ganze drum herum passt nicht zum Bild.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a fantastic welcome by the manager and he surprised us with an upgrade to the 2 bedroom villa. Wow
All the suites and grounds are brand new and are all private with your own pools and so peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was cooked fresh with a very good selection on the menu for all tastes and eating it in an open air restaurant with a brilliant view of the sea and Hersonissos.
Location was only a 4 minute walk into the lovely village of koutouloufari or a 15 minute walk to the town of Hersonissos. (May need a taxi back up the hill lol)
All in all a 5 star experience for our 5 day break and will definitely be back in September 👍👍

Sehr gutes Hotel/Suites. Super nette Reception, welche perfekt englisch sprechen und jederzeit erreichbar sind. Meiner Meinung nach kann ohne bedenken gebucht werden. Für jeden Optimal, der ein schönes Hotel sucht aber nicht unbedingt in ein 5 Sterne all you can eat Bunker gehen möchte. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Pool mit Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend und von guter Qualität. Der Roomservice ist top (allerdings deutsche Preise).
Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig etwas am Berg gelegen aber trotzdem gibt es in direkter Umgebung (5 Gehninuten) alles was benötigt wird sowie eine Vielzahl an sehr gute Restaurants/Bars.

Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, wenn man sich andere Strände anschauen will. Es gibt zwar 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt einen Strand aber dieser ist eher durchschnittlich. Ca. 30 Gehminuten gibt es noch eine sehr schöne Bucht, allerdings kann dies ziemlich voll werden in der Hauptsaison.

Amazing accommodation. The suits with their own pool are spacious, modern and clean. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.
