Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση
Pros:

Καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο λιμάνι και στο μετρό. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό με καλή διάθεση να βοηθήσει σε ότι απαιτείται. Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά για την διαμονή μας.

I wish the hotel was willing to set up taxi service to the airport. Instead, when I asked for help with this, I was directed to a website where costs were beyond taxi rates

Pros:

Die Lage zu den Bahnen, Bus und Schiffen ist optimal. 20 Minuten zur Innenstadt, 70 Minuten zum Flughafen. Das Hotel ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Prima Betten und sehr gute Handtücher.
Frühstück war sehr gut. Bei Fragen und Wünsche ist das Personal sehr freundlich gleich zu Stelle. Jederzeit wieder!

Cons:

Etwas laut durch Straßen und Hafen.

Pros:

Vite réglé le problème de réservation à l’arrivée: notre chambre avait été donné à quelque un d’autre; nous avons immédiatement surclassés et les surplus de cosmmmatuô ( eau et chips ) en chambre nous été offers

Zentrales, gemütliches erste Klasse Hotel!
Pros:

Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Hafen, die leise Klimaanlage und vor allem das Bett. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist klasse.
Frühstück ist auch spitze.

Cons:

In der Dusche fehlt eine Tür oder ein Vorhang das Wasser flutet das Bad.
Ist aber nicht weiter tragisch, trotzdem war das Bad klasse.

Extremely well located to access the ferry
Pros:

The location was superb, the cleanliness, staff being helpful, friendly and approachable. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, however we were allocated a room on arrival. Then we had tickets to leave by ferry early the next morning, the hotel staff prepared a packed breakfast for us.

Cons:

Maybe a hook in the bathroom to hang clothes while I shower.
