Otel çok güzel temiz odamız çok genişti personel çok güler yüzlü çözüm odaklı kahvaltı yeterli

Deniz çok kötü girilecek gibi değil dibi bataklık su kirliydi otel restaurantı yetersiz neyseki yakında çok iyi bir taverna vardı deniz tatiline gitmiştik ama havuz deniz suyuyla dolu 1 gün onunla idare edip yakındaki bir beach e gitmek zorunda kaldık

Hello,
The hotel has a very authentic atmosphere. It is beautifully decorated and aesthetically appealing, located in the heart of the forest. The rooms are well designed, and the staff are extremely attentive. I can honestly say I was more than satisfied. I will definitely choose this place again for my next vacation in Lesvos.

I am not a breakfast person but breakfast could be better.

Amazing experince!! I stayed only 1 day with my family in 11th October when hotel is just going to be closed just the day after. They made a surprise for us to stay in suite room due to availability. Atmospher, quality, sea view, hotel architecture is impressive. Hotel staff also very helpful and smily. Breakfast is quite good. Next time we'll come without children to relax more

Otel çalışanları oldukça yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Otelin ambiansı ve konumu oldukça güzel. Midilli merkeze yakın kalınabilecek en güzel tesis.Tekrar bu adaya seyahat edersek kesinlikle bu otelde kalırız :)

Herşey güzeldi.çok güzel bir 3 gün geçirdik.Olumsuz bir durum olmadı.

Das Ambiente die Anlage waren äußerst gepflegt. Der Pool großartig , mit Meerwasser
Eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett super.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ein wunderbarer Ort zum runterkommen

Pros:

Tesisin konumu ve çalışanların ilgilisi harikaydı. Kahvaltı geniş içerikli ve yeterliydi. Tesisin olduğu alanda baska bir tesis yok . Deniz tamamıyla size özel. Tüm taleplerimizi çözmeye çalışan ön ofis yetkilisi Kristina ya ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

מיקום של המלון,הבריכה ,זה שלמלון יש מספר חדרים קטן
וברצוני לספר על פקידת הקבלה myrsini שהיתה גולת הכותרת של המלון נתנה לנו עצות מצויינות לטייל ולאכול באי תמיד מסבירת פנים,כול מה ששואלים ומבקשים תמיד משתפת פעולה בחיוך ובאהבה כול הכבוד לה

פעמיים במשך תקופה של שבוע לא ניקו את החדר
רמת התחזוקה של המקלחת דהיינו ברז תחתון ועליון היו שבורים ,המזרון והמיטה לא מתאימים לרמה שהמלון כביכול משדר
במשך השבוע היו 3 ארועים בבריכה שגרמו לרעש שלא מתאים למלון שבאים אליו בגלל שהוא קטן ומשדר שקט ורוגע
ארוחת בוקר סבירה אבל לא מזיק לגוון מידי פעם
ולדאוג למלא את החסר רגע לפני שנגמר ולא ליכות שיגמר ואז לבקש מהמטבח שיכין
מי שמנהל את חדר האוכל הם שני חברה צעירים ששווה ללמד אותם ולהסביר להם איך מתנהלים
סה"כ הם מסבירי פנים אבל לא מקצוענים
