Es un hotel pequeño para el costo no tiene muchas actividades, es bonito estéticamente pero no me parece un alojamiento integral
Me gustó la piscina, la atención del personal y las habitaciones
No me gustó que no acepten efectivo para pagar bebidas o alimentos del hotel, considerando que las personas que fueron son adultos mayores y no están acostumbradas al manejo de Apple Pay o tarjetas. Además que hay descampado que son partes por construir del hotel
Excelentes instalaciones aunque para ser relativamente nuevo el hotel les falta abrir más zonas que están pendientes al disfrute de los huéspedes... Pero todo el hotel maravilloso y en especial la zona de la playa con la piscina, de resort
La zona de comedor... Existen dos pero una al lado del lobby es muy pequeña para la atención de la demanda que manejan. La segunda en el exterior al lado de la piscina... Cuando calienta mucho el sol es imposible no intentar acomodarse... Inclusive vimos algunos residentes que cambiaban mesas de lugar por lo fuerte que entraba el sol.
Por otra parte en relación a las fotos de Booking no todos los apartamentos son como las fotos... Nos dieron uno mas pequeño y con vista directamente al aeropuerto y no al mar... Solicité un posible cambio por motivo de cumpleaños de mi esposa y me comentaron que no podían porque según el valor que pagué no estaban permitidos los cambios y que estaban al full en el hotel y eso no lo específican en la oferta de habitaciones al hacer la reserva.

Lo único acorde al hotel el área de piscina y lo mejor el fotógrafo de las fotografías de booking, nada que ver con la realidad
El área de recepción mínima y muy básica, el restaurante pequeño , las habitaciones pequeñas y con materiales de acabado de muy mala calidad,la decoración de áreas comunes ausente materia sin matas, precio calidad absurdo, desayuno básico
