De confortable kamer en vriendelijk personeel
Een kleine resort volledig afgesloten van alles dit wil zeggen. Zelfs een fles water moet je kopen het restaurantje met 5 tafels De maaltijden waren echt niet gastronomie. wij zijn er twee dagen vroeger vertrokken. EN Zeer duur verblijfskosten zelfs de boot was 300 dollar heen en terug

Todo, a destacar el personal desde que te recogen (isabel) hasta que te vas de 10. La gente que trabaja en el hotel (luis, dayana, snaider, victor) hacen la estancia increíble y la comida es espectacular.

Very calm no kids beautiful place to be.
El establecimiento es lejos pero vale la pena para poder disfrutar de una espacio privado y cerrado. La comida estuvo excelente y la atención también.
Deberían advertir que no se puede llegar en auto y que el costo del bote para llegar al establecimiento no está incluido, fui con mi esposa y terminé pagando como USD 250 más solo por transporte. Además solo hay un horarios de ida y vuelta del bote que es a las 9 am sale de Cartagena y a las 3 pm sale del hotel. Como mi vuelo salía antes me tocó pagar aparte para que me coordinen un transporte que cumpla con mis horarios de vuelo.
It is a beautiful beach, the staff was really attentive and on top of their game. Food was also very good. There are only six Cabanas so you really have the beach to yourself.
The afternoon winds were very strong blowing our salad and fries off our plates. Could have more shade by the pool, which was very nice. The wind at the dining area could be buffered with a strong fabric mesh, letting some airflow but buffering the tables. We decided to go back to Cartagena but management said they couldn’t refund our third day or offer an option in one of their hotels.

Food was mediocre and scant choice, especially considering the ££$$$$ paid.
The staff are the asset here. Kind, attentive and informative. All of them at all levels.
The food was mediocre, not necessarily in quality but in what was offered. A very limited range. You could argue this is a remote place so it's hard to provide a wide range, but the for very $$$$$$ high prices charged for the accommodation, that is not an excuse.
Also, they had no fish (!!) and ran out of lemons to add to drinks. We were only 2 of 4 guests staying so agai there's no real excuse for that.
The sea water quality where we were dropped by boat was good - clear and clean - but on the side where the bungalows were, it was murky uninviting and muddy/sticky under foot. Unpleasant.
Every 5 mins jet skis came into the bay touting for trade spoiling the peace and quiet and dirtying the water. Of course the beach is public and they have every right to do this, but surely the hotel could reason with them and ask them to come by, say once an hour. We had to get someone to speak to the jet ski drivers and ask them to come less frequently. It spoiled the whole morning on the beach.
Great place. Friendly staff. Good food. Beautiful rooms! All round excellent!
