Pros:

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel en bord de mer. Tout était au rendez-vous : une vue imprenable, un service impeccable et un calme très appréciable. Tout s'est déroulé sans accroc du début à la fin.

Un paraíso para bajar revoluciones y respirar. Calma y tranquilidad
Pros:

El lugar es increíble y el personal muy atento y encantador. La comida exquisita.
Amenities, toallas, la cama king espectacular y espectaculares las vistas desde la cabaña.
Tabla de pádel surf y canoas.
Son solo 6 cabañas y estas prácticamente en una playa privada. Una maravilla.

Cons:

No tiene ninguna zona común cerrada y por la tarde hace bastante viento. No puedes resguardarte para compartir momentos en grupo.
La luz, tanto en las cabañas como en la zona de comida-cena, es muy pobre.
La playa es increíble pero el agua es turbia. Nada de aguas cristalinas ni turquesas.
Hay tabla de pádel surf pero es bastante mala e incontrolable.
Nos dijeron que nos iban a informar de posibles actividades pero nunca lo hicieron.

Wonderful - very relaxing, beautiful setting and lovely staff.
Pros:

Loved staying here. The setting is lovely, with a good pool and nice grounds. You can tell everything is looked after very well. The room is perfect - very comfortable bed, air con, good shower and every detail is thought of. The staff are friendly and helpful. We also had a massage whilst we were there which was excellent! Super relaxing, would highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

It is true that the sea isn’t fully clear but it is still pleasant to swim in and the pool makes up for it too. It can get quite windy, especially in the evening, so the restaurant area could benefit from some sort of screen, however the breeze is nice and warm so it’s not a massive problem.

De confortable kamer en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Een kleine resort volledig afgesloten van alles dit wil zeggen. Zelfs een fles water moet je kopen het restaurantje met 5 tafels De maaltijden waren echt niet gastronomie. wij zijn er twee dagen vroeger vertrokken. EN Zeer duur verblijfskosten zelfs de boot was 300 dollar heen en terug

Un magnifique endroit, avec un personnel attentif et chaleureux

Le confort et la déco des bungalows
La petite taille de l’établissement
Un staff adorable

Cons:

Les prix sont élevés et en particulier le prix des repas sur place est élevé pour le pays
La carte de restau un peu courte quand on reste plusieurs jours

Vacaciones en el paraíso
Pros:

Todo, a destacar el personal desde que te recogen (isabel) hasta que te vas de 10. La gente que trabaja en el hotel (luis, dayana, snaider, victor) hacen la estancia increíble y la comida es espectacular.

El establecimiento es lejos pero vale la pena para poder disfrutar de una espacio privado y cerrado. La comida estuvo excelente y la atención también.

Cons:

Deberían advertir que no se puede llegar en auto y que el costo del bote para llegar al establecimiento no está incluido, fui con mi esposa y terminé pagando como USD 250 más solo por transporte. Además solo hay un horarios de ida y vuelta del bote que es a las 9 am sale de Cartagena y a las 3 pm sale del hotel. Como mi vuelo salía antes me tocó pagar aparte para que me coordinen un transporte que cumpla con mis horarios de vuelo.

It is very isolated but beautiful. We cut one day short because of the winds.
Pros:

It is a beautiful beach, the staff was really attentive and on top of their game. Food was also very good. There are only six Cabanas so you really have the beach to yourself.

Cons:

The afternoon winds were very strong blowing our salad and fries off our plates. Could have more shade by the pool, which was very nice. The wind at the dining area could be buffered with a strong fabric mesh, letting some airflow but buffering the tables. We decided to go back to Cartagena but management said they couldn’t refund our third day or offer an option in one of their hotels.
