Excelente servicio , habitaciones e instalaciones muy limpias y bien organizadas! El personal es muy amable y atento , la piscina es espectacular y el servicio en el bar también .
Super recomendado .
Te dan buenas recomendaciones de comida y llega el domicilio directamente al hotel .

Pros:

Excelente hotel 200% recomendado, sus instalaciones son excelentes, muy modernas, siempre limpias, el personal muy amable, educado y presto a colaborar, estacionamiento con excelente espacio para cada vehículo.

Cons:

Nada, no se dejen guiar por la ubicación que está en desarrollo vale la pena este hotel

Aceptaron nuestra reserva tipo 6 pm, me comunique con el hotel y notifique mi llegada sobre la media noche (pues viajaba con toda la familia desde otra ciudad), muy amablemente me indicaron que no había problema que seriamos recibidos a esta hora, al llegar al lugar, jamás contestaron, no abrieron la puerta, llamamos al número en la puerta, tocamos la puerta y nunca abrieron (30 minutos estuvimos allí, fue necesario levantar queja ante booking y duramos casi 2 horas en proceso de reubicación (con niños en el carro y todo esperando. Irresponsabilidad total y descontento total).

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, muy limpio y moderno.

Cons:

No tiene restaurante para poder desayunar, almorzar o cenar. Por ende, cualquier comida, debe solicitarse por domicilio. Así mismo, los restaurantes están lejos del hotel y por ello debe irse en vehículo.

Not best experience.
Pros:

The property is new. Pool area was nice. Staff were nice.

Cons:

1. don’t bring heavy luggage. There is no elevator. There are only two floors but about 10-15 steps each floor.
2. Location - it is near the center of the town, however there are no lights in the road, the road is not paved and it is near a construction sight.
3. Noise - you can hear construction noise as early as 6 am
4. cleanliness- bed had bed bugs and bathroom and beds had hairs
5. WIFI is very poor. It was a family trip but we relay on the wifi for communication and reservations for our attractions
6. for the price i personally felt it wasn’t worth it.
7. you can pay with cash (COP) or cc if you pay with cc you will be charged 5% extra. This is not mentioned in the listing

Maybe in couple of years when the area develops
