Embora tenha um número de funcionário enorme, alguns poucos não fazem bem feito. Nem me parece ser falta de treinamento, mas de não ter vontade de melhorar. Nº café tivemos grande dificuldade em sermos atendido, mesmo com umas 10 pessoas no salão

desde la reserva, en Colombia es Ilegal cobrar penalización desde el momento de la reserva no hay derecho a retractarse! queda obligado así alla mejores propuestas que las hay en el mercado!
Desde el checking no hay información de los servicios ni siquiera un código R para copiar , el botones nos llevo a la habitación nos indico que las dos botellas que estaban en la canasta, eran de cortesía , a la salida fueron cobradas, dejamos unas cosas por olvido en la nevera y nadie hasta la fecha nos pregunto que hacían con ellas .
la habitación no había ningún código R ,ni información de extensiones del hotel nada!, la limpian cuando ellos quieran puede ser las 5 pm y no lo han hecho la excusa del hotel que su horario de aseo es de 9 a 4pm EN NINGUN HOTEL CINCO ESTRELLAS hacen eso , se hizo el reclamo dijeron que lo iban a corregir lo cual no fue cierto! el cliente no puede hacer uso del buen descanso de su habitación en todo el día !!!
El desayuno, No hay TE negro, lo desconocen los empleados, y fue motivo de burla por parte de empleados al servicio del restaurante, Las arepas de huevo grasosas, arenosas horribles, pedimos unos huevos fritos blandos , la mesera anota la orden, los traen duros y fríos , a los 20 minutos y la mesera que los t rae pretendía que los aceptáramos , tuvo que intervenir otra mesera para que los cambiara,
Las servilletas de Tela , en la mesa que supuestamente estaba arreglada, habían sido usadas. Se pidió cambio inmediato.
El restaurante del séptimo piso , poca oferta, la camarera que nos atendió no tenía idea del menú , no estaban pendientes de los clientes, tocaba pedirles atención así el restaurante estuviera solo , a carcajadas con los otros empleados , Los platos poca cantidad, regulares de sabor.
Si lo que esperan es una atención DE CINCO ESTRELLAS no va hacer así !! ahi mejores propuestas en SAI

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de la playa y cerca de todos los locales comerciales, muy limpio, camas cómodas, te dan las toallas para la playa o pileta.

Für drei Nächte konnte ich mich arrangieren, aber ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr wählen.
