The Staff could be friendlier, especially the ones from the front desk.

The value for money, I think it’s a bit expensive or at least for the price I paid I would have expected something more. Not saying I won’t recommend it but to keep in mind that it’s pricey. For example, the details and the cleaning should be more curated

Je souhaite partager mon expérience concernant notre séjour, qui a malheureusement été décevante sur plusieurs points.

Tout d’abord, le nettoyage des chambres a été effectué vers 18h, à une heure où nous étions déjà présents dans la chambre, ce qui n’est ni pratique ni confortable pour les clients.

Au restaurant, nous avons commandé une gaufre au Nutella, mais nous avons reçu une gaufre avec un simple coulis de chocolat, qui ne correspondait pas à notre commande. Lorsque nous avons demandé un changement, la responsable s’est montrée très énervée et a affirmé que c’était du Nutella, ce qui n’était clairement pas le cas. Cette attitude, peu professionnelle et peu honnête, a été très désagréable. Depuis cet incident, le service est devenu froid et peu aimable.

De plus, le service à la piscine est quasi inexistant, le rangement laisse à désirer et aucun espace fumeur n’est prévu, ce qui est contraignant pour certains clients.

C’est dommage, car ces différents points nuisent fortement à la qualité globale du séjour en plus du prix de la chambre assez élevé le service n’est pas de qualité

Never have I ever paid so much money for a hotel for such a low value. I am fully aware that I booked a standard room. What I did not know is that “standard” at Nattivo means a direct view of an abandoned construction site filled with garbage. If that is what guests should expect, this should be clearly stated in the room description — especially at 300 euros per night.

We complained immediately after check-in on the first day. We were told nothing could be done and were asked to come back the next day. As a result, we spent the first night in that room.

The next day, we returned as instructed and were again told to come back the following day, since no solution was available at that time. So we spent a second night in the same room.

On the third day, around 2 PM, after we had already spent two nights (600 euros) in that room and after returning from a tour, we complained again. Only then were we offered a different room. Yes, that room was fine. Had we been given that room from the beginning, I would never have complained in the first place. However, after spending half of our stay in a room facing a construction site — combined with severe noise from a bar directly below us until 5 AM — it is clear that the value we received for those two nights was not acceptable for the price paid.
Naturally, we hoped that you would show some courtesy by upgrading us to a better room for the remaining part of our stay, in order to balance the experience. This did not happen.

One final point about the room: the room directly next to ours was not even rented out. It was being used as a storage room for cleaning supplies. The reasons for that seem fairly obvious.

Furthermore, they are advertising the hotel with a gym and a spa on their website and they have been doing that for a while. However, the images on the website are AI generated or photoshopped. The sad truth is, that there is no gym, as it is still under construction.
